Meet Tom and Tiffany Levy

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tom and Tiffany Levy and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We operate a bagel shop in El Segundo, CA. We make an artisanal bagel, which takes at least 3 days from start to finish. If we run out of bagels early in the day, we can’t make more bagels that day since the days’ bagels were started 2 or 3 days prior. We make almost everything in the shop from scratch, using natural ingredients. We have to love every product that we sell or we won’t put it on the menu. We think the dedication to quality sets us apart from other bagel shops.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We love food, so we’d probably focus on all the different types of food in Los Angeles, including spending a lot trying lesser known spots and street food. Of course, we live by the beach, so there would definitely be a fair amount of time spent near (and in) the ocean.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This wouldn’t be possible without our beloved Uncle Stevey (the namesake of our bagel shop). Uncle to our children, Stevey’s legacy was a big part of the inspiration behind our bagel shop.
