Meet Toni Patillo | Founder, Broker-Owner of Toni Patillo & Associates

We had the good fortune of connecting with Toni Patillo and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Toni, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
My habits include a daily ritual of personal development activities such as 10/10 Gratitude exercise (acknowledgment of 10 things I’m grateful for and 10 things I want to attract in my life), meditation, visualization, journaling, chanting, reciting of decrees and affirmations, consciously keeping a positive mindset and Yoga.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I have worked in multiple industries since graduating high school – first corporate banking, then off to work with lobbyist in their law firm, from there I transitioned into the Entertainment Industry working with such greats as Dick Clark founder of Dick Clark Productions and Berry Gordy founder of Motown Records. With both of these Entrepreneurial giants I worked with their finance divisions and overall business administration. This was a 20 year journey in the field of Intellectual Properties before I made the move to Real Properties and became a Real Estate Broker. In addition to Real Estate sales, I’ve been a Radio Host for my own Radio Talk Show entitled “Call Toni Real Estate Radio”. I am an author, speaker, educator and mindset coach to real estate professionals and entrepreneurs. What sets me apart from others is my mastery of connectivity. I have been gifted to build very long lasting relationships both professionally and personally. Over the years I’ve developed very detailed listening skills and confidence, which enables me to build powerful bonds and connections.
Of course, with life there are always challenges. The best way to overcome challenges is through personal development (i.e. meditation, journaling, staying connected to source, exercising, reading self-help books, reciting affirmations, prayers, decrees).
What I’ve learned is that life is a journey, not a destination. Anything is subject to change, don’t get attached to the outcome. Stay true to what you love, get clarity about your purpose and get in Flow. We are servants and are here to help each other.
My purpose on this plane is to empower, encourage, embrace and make a difference in as many lives as I can. Over the years some of my greatest successes I’ve enjoyed are being able to transform peoples lives by getting them through challenging circumstances (economic downturns, distressed sales, 50+ transitions, death, divorce, bankruptcy). Success has everything to do with Mindset and Relationships.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The first shoutout goes to my Parents, Charles and Thelma Patillo also known as Fundi and Roho Shinda, who were very active and dedicated to the Civil Rights Movement during the last half of their lives. This taught me at a very young age about the power and importance of community and empowerment. These values have been very instrumental in my success and it is my desire and goal to continue their legacy.
Dr. Joseph Michael Levry whom I’ve studied with for the past 27 years. Dr. Levry is a scholar, composer, author and international speaker, whose universal message brings together spiritual healing traditions of the East and West. Through this relationship I’ve been able to harness the power of personal development of the mind, body and spirit. Personal Development is a critical component to success.
