Hi Tyreek, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started my business to tackle a significant problem I noticed in the market while also creating a sustainable income for myself. I identified a gap where customers were struggling to find effective solutions to their needs, and I felt compelled to step in and provide a better alternative. By developing a product/service that directly addresses this issue, I not only aim to make a positive impact on people’s lives but also to build a profitable venture. I believe that by solving this problem, I can create value for my customers, which in turn will drive the success of my business and ensure its growth.

My name is Tyreek Gaynor-Fray and I am thrilled to connect with you. As a highly motivated and ambitious individual, I am constantly seeking new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

I am also passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to advocating for equal opportunities and creating a more inclusive environment for all individuals.

I am a constant learner and always seeking new challenges to push myself out of my comfort zone. Whether it’s through taking on new projects or attending industry events and conferences, I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and skills.

Outside of work, you can find me exploring new hiking trails, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with my family and friends. I am a firm believer in work-life balance.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would go to the movies, hiking, and grab a slurpee at 7/11. The most interesting places to visit are rural areas in the country. It’s quite quaint, peaceful and enjoyable, and I obtain a better appreciation of diversity.
