Meet Vivian Azrya | Founder & Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Vivian Azrya and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Vivian, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The Rya Brand formerly known as Vivid Photography has evolved into an all inclusive Talent Agency focused on scouting, image/brand development and career guidance in the Talent’s path of success. My thought process behind starting my own business deprived from meeting individuals who either lack confidence in their craft or didn’t exactly know how to break out their full potential to get them closer to their vision as they wished. At the age of 17, I had the support of both of my parents in which were two very skillful entrepreneurs, to guide me the right way and to also prepare me, to get closer to my dreams. Nowadays, its hard seeking good knowledgable help in the entrepreneur world because it has become overly saturated with the mindset of one getting ahead of the other, in terms of competition. I’ve always believed, there’s enough money here on earth for us all to be blessed in the different paths we take in life. Reason, I personally took a love of helping others as a Talent Agent and Creator.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As mentioned, The Rya Brand is an all inclusive Talent Agency that strives to scout and develop ambitious individuals such as; Models, Content Creators, Influencers, Actors/Actresses and Musical Artists. Our brand goes over and beyond to cultivate the talent’s craft to get them to the next level of their career. From in house photo and video shoots to brand/image development, we make sure that not only are we pitching our Talent to bigger opportunities but that we also ensure that they’re prepared to take on the bigger opportunities. The Talent development process alone is what sets our brand apart from others. In today’s time success can happen overnight. One viral moment or hit song and your life changes but as we have seen not many are prepared for the “What’s Next” in those situations.
My happiest/proud moments for my business is watching our talent evolve and flourish into the best version of themselves. Seeing them gain their dream partnerships, dream model job or even the opportunity to sit a record label’s exec table for a deal consideration. For me, the feeling is unmatched and being that this is just two years in for our Talent Agency division, it shows the dedication and hard work that it took to get to those accomplishments.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Being that this interview is based in LA, I would say just being in LA as a whole would be the best trip ever. My favorite place to eat here is California Fish Grill and I must say a ride down to the Santa Monica Beach and Pier would definitely be apart of the itinerary. I’m more of a down the earth kind of person, I’d rather enjoy the views and catch a vibe at the places mentioned then just take the rest of the days one day at a time.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My success story would be fruitless had it not been for God, My mentors (Derek Blanks & Tailiah Breon) and My parents. Im learning that in life the way you start isn’t how you finish and every experience you acquire is only preparation for the bigger picture. From boutique owner to photographer to moving into a new city for a mentorship program with the most creative celebrity photographer to being introduced into the film and model industry has been nothing but blessings over the past 6 years. I thank God first for giving me my creative gifts/talent. I thank my mentors for giving me the opportunity to experience the many aspects of the industry because had I not been able to see it through I wouldn’t of been able to see how all of my gifts could be utilized hand in hand. Last but not least, I thank my parents for the love, encouragement and support of being my backbone through it all.
