The decision to have outrageous confidence in myself. Not in an egotistical sense, but being courageous enough to bet on myself even when others might not. When you decide to start your own business there are several unknowns so even when I hit roadblocks, I still had enough confidence in myself and my end goal to keep pushing onward. I grew up in a small town in rural Ohio with a population of about 8,000 people. I knew at a very young age that if I was going to grow and be successful, that I’d need to surround myself with likeminded people in new environments that would and could promote that growth. How I got here, though, isn’t exactly what I originally had in mind. I had a long distance relationship in High School with a girl from Las Vegas.
