I am very close to receiving my ICF (International Coaches Federation) accreditation from the Academy of Coaching Excellence. This plays an important part in my role as a Life Transformation Strategist. While the clinical guidelines call for cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based comprehensive pain care approaches, the significant gap in available healthcare professionals to deliver integrated pain care is worsening the issue. When a negative body image erodes a woman’s self-esteem, it can inhibit her from engaging fully in life. During Covid I started an online art collective and art education platform called Vantage Points (Fall classes just launched). It consists of artists of all levels, ages, and mediums, throughout the United States and even the world. At Vantage Points we believe that artists are the greatest agents of change and that their voices need to be heard. At Shop Common Thread we feel privlidged to be accepted as a part of the communities we are in. Our flagship store is based in Eastside Costa Mesa, CA where we have grown up for the past 17 years. This amazing community has given us life through the best and worst of times.
