The values and principles that matter

We’ve always believed that forming a strategy is impossible until you’re clear on what your values and principles are. Without values and principles to guide you, making decisions can seem impossibly difficult. Given how important setting values and principles is to decision making we asked folks we admire to tell us about the values or principles that matter most to them.

Design is my true passion, allowing me to blend creativity with problem-solving in a way that resonates deeply with me. What truly captivates me is the challenge of merging form and function, especially within the realm of automotive design. I’m dedicated to crafting vehicles that not only exhibit stunning aesthetics but also incorporate sustainable principles. In the world of automotive design, I see opportunities for innovation, particularly when considering its environmental impact. Wholeness. I believe we are so much more than one thing as human beings, and that we should celebrate that. Each part of ourselves needs nurturing. Our body. Our mind. Our spirit. Our relationships. I value LIVING not just staying ALIVE. As a Metastatic Breast Cancer for over 2 years now, I have learned the importance in not only surviving, but thriving. It’s one thing to make it through a few months of chemo, but I have had to adjust my life to be able to sustain myself through lifelong chemo treatments. Some have affected my quality of life more than others. While cures are so important to me and the cancer community, living life to the fullest and feeling comfortable, happy, and empowered throughout our lives is just as important. Read more>>

To help ease the suffering of my self and others is my primary value in every action I take. As a sensitive child I recognized so much suffering from the people around me and I tried very hard to make people happy. Of course that didn’t work and my inability to make those around me happy caused me a great deal of pain. It was only through my creativity that I was able to ease my suffering. I was so fortunate to tap into this energy and it has become a tool the has lead me to discovery and growth. Read more>>
