Honesty. With yourself and with others. Honesty with yourself as in looking at your work and saying or feeling like you did your absolute best, tried everything you can to succeed. The value that matters the most to me is Respect. Respecting each other as well as the earth we live on. Having respect for all, not just depending on someone’s rank or social status.. It means recognizing someones value even when they might have different views or ways of living. I think this is extremely important for me because even if you don’t like someone, or their choice in clothing, lifestyle, religion, etc everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness regardless of our differences. We have three core values as a business: Education: Traditionally, knowledge about antiques has been confined to a small sphere of people with the means and passion to do their own intensive research. Honesty is everything. Being honest may be challenging and uncomfortable in the short term, but it makes everything easier in the long term. So often we try and avoid being 100 percent honest because of fear. We don’t want to hurt someone or say the wrong thing, so we may tell white lies to avoid sharing the truth.
