We had the good fortune of connecting with Amanda Cee and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amanda, let’s jump right in. What are you most passionate about? Why?
Creativity. It’s my biggest motivator. I love being creative! Not only is if fun, but it comes from a real place that is unseen and magical. I have a team of amazing creators I work with on a daily basis including clients and we just bounce off of each other’s ideas so beautifully. We are constantly creating fun content whether it’s video skits, memes, gifs, TikToks and when the finished product emerges we watch it go and applaud each other. We have recently gotten into a major passion project called Super Chola. She is an animated superhero with a heart of gold and we are having an amazing time on this project. She’s already so loved on social media and her episodes are a dream to work on. I’ve had to pinch myself several times working with such talented people like our animator, voice actors and writers. This started as a what if idea and the passion and yearning to see this through has created something so beautiful and fulfilling. For that I already feel like Super Chola is a big success.

What should our readers know about your business?
Amanda Cee Media is essentially a creative business. Content creation is a very big part of our job. We really get to know our clients so that they trust our ideas because they know we are coming from a place of genuinely knowing their brand, tone and personality. I think what sets us apart is the fact that a lot of us who work together at Amanda Cee Media listen to our intuition a lot and that has put us in places where we pioneered or grew on a platform before it blew up. All because we went with our gut and were patient and had faith in ourselves. Because social media and content trends change pretty much daily that means learning, moving fast, adapting and not letting the fear of failure stop you from putting yourself out there are absolutely key.

Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
I love driving up the coast to Malibu. It’s my favorite drive! Reel Inn is a great place to stop for no frills seafood! My family grew up in Venice near the beach and I love riding bikes on the strand and just being around the locals. Some of the best Mexican food is out that way too! Paco’s Tacos, Tito’s Tacos and El Abajeno are my go-to’s. However I do live in Korea Town so Korean bbq is a MUST! Soot Bull Jeep cooks over charcoal and is amazing. But my favorite Korea Town spot is the HMS Bounty. It’s a KTown legend. Great food, drinks and a jukebox. Oh yeah. Hiking by the Hollywood sign is a fun day and the Griffith Park Observatory is gorgeous at night. Downtown LA has a lot of nice rooftop restaurants with beautiful views. I love Perch!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
