Meet Nadia Maryam: Dance Artist & Digital Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nadia Maryam and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nadia, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I’m extremely passionate about the concept of taking risks. It’s crazy because about 6 months ago, I took one of the biggest risks I’ve ever taken in my life, and as a result, my life has completely changed. Taking risks feels, or seems taunting because the majority of us are conditioned to live within our comfort zones. One of the biggest lessons I’ve ever learned is if you don’t continuously push the boundaries of your comfort zone, you will inevitably feel stagnant. Taking risks and getting out of my comfort zone has actually given me the ability to successfully start my own business around entrepreneurship without sacrificing what I’m most passionate about. As an artist, I was conditioned to believe I’d have to sacrifice the desires of my lifestyle in order to pursue my dance career. I quickly learned that this was not the case, and as a result not only have I positioned myself to be financially free but I’ve also enabled myself to fulfill my dance career to my pleasure.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m a part of an investment group, and within it I’m essentially trading in the largest financial market in the world whilst simultaneously building a team of other entrepreneurs. The best part about what I do, is that anybody can do it. Before I started this business, I was actually clueless on the industry. All I knew, was that I was seeking financial security. Not only has this allowed me to be financially secure & independent… but it’s allowed me to position others to be in the same exact position. The main qualities that got me here were belief and consistency. I pride myself on my work ethic, on organization & structure but everything about this business is designed so that anyone can partake in the experience– which it truly is. Every day the business I’ve curated allows me to live an experience of abundance. I open and welcome my arms of support to anyone at all who may feel they need an extra stream of income, but I have specifically branded and targeted my business to artists, women and POC as I feel that this opportunity would benefit these specific communities more than they know. The biggest lesson I have learned is, I owe myself to get out of my comfort zones. I am limitless, and I believe the same of everyone else. <3
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love the beach, the bookstore, the dance studio, and trying new food. I’m also super adventurous… I love trying new things for the sake of the thrill and exhilaration.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a special shoutout to my business coach, Eddie Wealthy. I’ve always known I’ve had a lot of potential but because of the faith he had in me, I have begun to fulfill it. Because of him I’m growing every day and being pushed to step out of my comfort zone in order to receive more. In general, I have to shoutout my entire Elevation Empire team. We are an investment group that prioritizes impacting and empowering as many lives as we can. We move with nothing but love, unity and support and as a result we’ve positioned thousands of lives to define financial freedom for themselves, making room for them to really prioritize what it is they want to accomplish in life. As an artist, I forever and always must shoutout my mentor Spenser Theberge… one of the most caring, genuine & authentics humans I have ever had the privilege of establishing a relationship with. He has always managed to put things into perspective, and is another supportive individual who has really instilled belief in me and the power I hold as a dance artist. I am forever grateful and indebted overall to have been able to receive an abundance of one of a kind support in such a short time period.
