We had the good fortune of connecting with CoreyLTE and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi CoreyLTE, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The biggest factors are staying true to myself, keeping my own best interest at heart, and trusting my process and progression. Even if it feels like I’m not able to showcase my talent as often as I’d like, the growth in itself isn’t stagnant and the product displayed is always genuine quality.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’ve always been told the things you really want will never come easy, which is especially true in this music realm. Setting goals and surpassing them keep me motivated when elevating my artistry.
The main takeaway I’ve learned is; you get out what you put in. So I always look forward to spending time critiquing my craft and being as creatively expressive as I see fit. I want my brand to showcase the levels of Hip Hop and Rap. I see myself as a multifaceted artist, and I really look forward to reaching new heights and surpass goals I never knew possible.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Ah man I’d keep it real simple, especially since it’s not too many places to venture to out here. I’d probably get a bunch of my other friends together so we can all go out.
Maybe mob to Riverside and rip our cars through the streets.
Hit a couple thrift spots, take some pictures, maybe skate through the city if we brought our boards with us.
Stop and hit a “Alberto’s” to eat once we get back on our side in Moval, then make a run to a couple stores for some party favors.
Then more than likely we’d pregame at the homie house for a little. Which after we’d go to any parties we got invited to that night. Nothing crazy, just a little night out.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The underground music scene, it molded the way I went about music once I began my own career. With so many various styles and creativity coming from people near my age or living similar life experiences, it was easy to identify and support the Independent side of the music industry. Which really taught me there’s many different facets to gaining worldwide fame and popularity, contrary to the popular belief that things somehow just happen almost overnight.
