We had the good fortune of connecting with Shannon Irene and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shannon, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The personal relationships with clients, other practitioners in my industry and beauty brands has been the most important factor behind the success of my practice. I value every client I have in Los Angeles and Annapolis, MD, so always connecting with them and being there for anything they need is very important. I am always available to my clients for any questions or concerns that come up in between their treatments. Always happy to make suggestions for them in skincare, makeup and aesthetic treatments. I also believe building and maintaining relationships in the aesthetics industry is essential. I love learning new trends from beauty brands to stay on top of the industry. I also value every relationship I have with other practitioners. Learning from one another and staying connected to other and supporting one another.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
With so many changes in our industry in the past few years, I had to make a huge decision to make my practice bicoastal. I relocated back to the east coast and have launched my practice in Annapolis, MD. It has been challenging but in so many good ways. I’m loving having a whole new set of clients and helping them create a routine for their skin. I also am thankful to maintain clients in Los Angeles and am going back and forth quarterly to treat my clients there. I am doing virtual consults and shipping them products in between to maintain the health of their skin. Regardless of the changes and challenges I maintain passionate about my work and treating each individual client on the east and west coast. I think embracing change within your career allows you to see how resilient you can be. I encourage other practitioners that have had similar experiences lately to always keep pushing and evolving.

Jai of Jai of Beverly Hills has been a mentor, friend and we have worked together for years now. She is such an inspiration and incredible practitioner! I am thankful to her forever for all her guidance and support over the years.
