Meet Yassin Hall | CEO, Author, Educator, Speaker and Philanthropist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Yassin Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Yassin, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I was raised with an entrepreneurial mindset. However, there was really no lengthy thought-out process to me starting my own business. I experienced a bitter divorce and was a newly single mother with four precious autistic children who depended on me and needed me. I have never wanted to leave my life in anyone else’s hands. Thankfully, I bet on myself. I began selling products that people on Amazon regularly needed and was amazed at how much money I was able to earn. Of course, I made mistakes along the way, but I kept fine-tuning the process and eventually realized that I was on to something. Seeing the difference and impact of my earnings had on my life motivated me to set my only daughter up for success for her 15th birthday. Because she is autistic, I began creating step-by-step videos, explanations and visuals to help her to retain the information and consistently follow the process. After seeing my daughter confidently execute with so much success, I decided that I could not keep all the information to my success. That gave birth to B.O.S.S. Class, LLC. I started my business to take care of myself and my family, but I realized that so many others could do the same for themselves and their families.

What should our readers know about your business?

What sets me apart from others is we provide on-going help, updates and resources that help every student in my university navigate the changing landscape of Amazon. We include the lessons that we have learned along the way. We know that there are many competitors out there, but our course is unique because of the longevity of my success on Amazon and willingness to share everything that we know about the products and processes.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love and live for traveling! After traveling throughout Georgia, the United States and over 50 countries and islands, I can definitely show others a good time! I absolutely love the outdoors and water. Through my travels, I have experienced and enjoyed many fun, interesting and exciting people, places and things. I am very much a spontaneous person! So, for a week’s long trip, we would try eat and drink to our heart’s content. I prefer to immerse in the local culture if we are visiting other countries. However, if we are remaining in Georgia, I would elect to visit the Georgia mountains, stay in a cabin and spend our days hiking, bicycle riding, floating on the rivers, viewing waterfalls, and relaxing.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a special shoutout to my granny and uncle in the USVI who helped to raise me and instilled the foundation of the business mindset and values that guide me in my professional and personal life. I also want to give a special shoutout to my 4 children, especially my daughter Yamisha Young, for being the best gifts that God has blessed me with and for the opportunity to be their mother. Additionally, I want to thank my awesome staff for believing in my company’s mission and working tirelessly to ensure that we help as many people as possible learn to successfully sell on Amazon and change the trajectory of their lives and lifestyles.
