Meet Jahirah Poole- Capron | Serial Entrepreneur & Author

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jahirah Poole- Capron and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jahirah, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
The most important thing I’ve done as a parent that is currently making an impact on my children is building my relationship back with God. I have always been a believer in Christ but my faith wavered a lot due to past experiences.

Building my relationship back with God has allowed me to retire from my corporate job and gain the wisdom of God to become a successful serial entrepreneur. I learned that my first ministry is my home. The wisdom of God has allowed me to create generational wealth for my family, which will be beneficial to my children when they are of age so they can have the start on life I didn’t have.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I own and co- own multiple businesses between my husband and my children. I am also an author of an Ebook called” The Fearless Wait With God” where i encourage people of faith to trust God with their fertility journey. I love being a serial entrepreneur because it allows me to be the creative being God has made me. What sets me apart from others is that I am just ME! That’s all, that’s it! LoL.I don’t hide who I am and and what I’ve been through. My Testimony of life will save lives. I am most proud of overcoming obstacles that tried to hold me back from fulfilling my purpose in life which is to speak the Gospel of God and help those free themselves from spiritual bondage. Freeing myself from spiritual bondage was how I got to where I am today. A successful serial entrepreneur. When I decided to give my life to Christ in my 1 bedroom apartment in 2016, my life began to change. I was no longer restricted by fear, depression, and anxiety. This walk with God wasn’t easy in the beggining and still gets rough sometimes, but I’m reminded that if I take up on Gods yoke, everything will be easy. A lot of times people think once you accept Christ, life is just bubbly and fun. The truth is, the real challenges arise. Applying the word of God over my life everyday allowed me to overcome challenges and have the capacity to be a wife, mommy, and a serial entrepreneur. What I learned along the way is that nothing is possible without God. My businesses are not created without God.So I don’t work for God, I partner with God.What I want the world to know from my story is that whatever gift God has given you, he has anointed you for it. No matter the circumstances of your upbringing, you are anointed!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take any of my friends to the beautiful Nassau, Bahamas .Nassau, Bahamas has been one of the most beautiful places I visited. Not because my husband is from there, but the people, culture, food, and scenery is beautiful.

There are many ways to travel there but I would recommend a quick 30 min flight from Miami so that you hit two locations in one trip! Definitely stay at the infamous Atlantis Resort. its is surrounded by cute shops. I would then take them to the straw market where locals make souvenirs like straw hats and handcrafted tote bags. Then we would go to the Fish Fry in Arawak Cay where there are a strip of restaurants that serve fresh conch salad, fried lobster, and conch fritters. We would head downtown at night to visit the nightlife at Señor Frogs. The beautiful beaches are a must see as the water is clear blue!
