We had the good fortune of connecting with Coline Creuzot and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Coline, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
The ability to express myself artistically has always been therapeutic and came natural to me. I fell in love with singing, dancing and writing songs at a young age, it was always a way for me to express the way I was feeling. I knew very early on that I was going to be an artist. Music has always made me feel alive.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am an artist (singer/ songwriter) from Houston TX, currently living in LA. My music is an expression of things I’ve been through. I love creating music that tells a story or describes a feeling. I know music has helped me get through so much, which why I love making music. My hope is that it can help/empower/heal the next person.

Some really helpful things I’ve learned along the way are:

1. Be YOU- no one can do you like you can, that’s what makes you special
2. Be Persistent & Consistent.
3. Enjoy the journey, celebrate the little moments and always remember why you started.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of the things I love about LA is the weather! So I love to hang outside! I love the Beach and going for a hike. Food wise, I have to say Sushi…Sugarfish & Katana are a few of my favs. Mardi Gras Tuesday in Sherman Oaks if I want a little taste of home. Universal Studios is always a good time- I don’t ride rides but I’ll hold the bags! lol
