We had the good fortune of connecting with Jesus Presinal and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jesus, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Since I became a freelance artist at the age of 17 that was already taking a risk. I took a leap of faith into the world of dance and honestly i would never take it back, every day had its risks and obstacles but I still managed to figure it out and make the most out of it. Through the Covid 19 pandemic I dove into a whole other field of freelancing because the entertainment industry was down and the leap of faith has me where I am at today.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
First and foremost I’ll always say I am a dancer first, dance has taken me to many places, many stages with many big names artist and through out the journey I’ve met some really phenomenal people along the way. My current work in photography and video is heavily inspired the the man Peter McKinnon, the way to show case details and deliver a feeling or emotion to the viewer is what I always look for delivering in every piece of work.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love going anywhere where there is tall buildings, exposed brick, or even artistic landmarks. I always like creating outside because it gives you so much element and story to add in. But to be honest traveling any where around the world with a great group of friends that’s where the fun is for me.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost I want to thank my good friend Dtrix, ever since I saw him perform on ABDC I was instantly inspired to chase my dreams in dance.

The second person I’d love to thank is Famous photographer Peter McKinnon. When I dove into photography he was the only guy on YouTube I watched and his perspective really Napier’s me to take photography to a whole other level.

And lastly I’d love to thank all of my supporters that have everyday tuned in and supported my vision and keep on inspiring me to keep pushing.
