Hi Sasan, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Being a mortgage broker can help the community in a number of ways. Here are a few ways that a mortgage broker can make a positive impact:

For many people, homeownership is a crucial step towards achieving financial stability and building wealth. A mortgage broker can help make this dream a reality by working with clients to find a mortgage that suits their needs and budget.
Providing education and guidance: A good mortgage broker will take the time to educate their clients about the various mortgage options available to them. This can help people make informed decisions about what type of mortgage is best for their situation, and can help them avoid costly mistakes down the road. In addition, a mortgage broker can provide guidance on other aspects of the homebuying process, such as finding a real estate agent or negotiating the purchase price.

Experienced mortgage brokers may have a deeper understanding of the lending landscape and may be better equipped to navigate complex lending scenarios or find creative solutions to help their clients secure a loan.
Range of lender relationships: While all mortgage brokers have relationships with multiple lenders, I have a more extensive network of lenders than others. Brokers with a larger network may have access to a wider range of loan products and interest rates, which could result in better loan options for their clients.
Communication and customer service: Good communication and strong customer service can make a big difference in the mortgage process, particularly for first-time homebuyers. I tend to be responsive, communicative, and proactive in addressing my clients’ concerns can help reduce stress and uncertainty throughout the lending process.

As a self-proclaimed foodie, I am always on the lookout for new and exciting culinary experiences. If I were to take my best friend out for a meal, I would choose a restaurant that offers a unique and creative menu, with a focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. One of my favorite spots is a farm-to-table restaurant that features a rotating menu of seasonal dishes, with ingredients sourced from nearby farms and producers. The cozy, intimate atmosphere and carefully crafted cocktails make for a truly special dining experience. With a shared passion for delicious food and good company, my best friend and I would undoubtedly enjoy every bite of our meal and savor the memories of a wonderful evening spent together.
