We had the good fortune of connecting with Guillean Arradaza and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Guillean, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I have always wanted to pursue a profession that would impact my community positively. Once I began my Real Estate career in 2017, I knew I had found my vocation. As an agent, I made a daily commitment to aid as many clients as I could. I believe I have an incredible work ethic that helped my business skyrocket to success quickly. Part of this success is the consistency, and commitment to the happiness of my clientele. I have helped Kinetic Real Estate assist over 200 families achieve their real estate dreams. And, in 2021 alone I was able to close over 50 transactions and brought about $40 million in sales volume to the team. With time and experience under my belt, I’ve become passionate about helping as many clients as possible- as smoothly as possible.

As someone who is family oriented (and a mother myself), I understand the importance of building relationships. That’s why I love to host events that empower and uplift people. From hosting women powerhouse events to visiting a local middle school on career day, I’d love to see more opportunities to add to this list and increase my engagement in my neighborhood.

To truly make a difference I started working with my clients by hosting workshops and webinars that equip first-time homebuyers with the knowledge they need to choose the right home. By being a realtor, I’m able to walk my clients through their home-buying journey, and be an active mentor to fellow realtor, and a member of my community.

What should our readers know about your business?
I created a real estate empire and co-founded Kinetic Real Estate, which went from just four to (now) over sixty thriving agents! Collaboration with my skilled administrative and operations team scaled the company to become the #1 ZillowFlex partner within the Side brokerage. I’ve always been there for my team and aid other agents to success.

I’m the head of the GArradaza Group, and I also manage and mentor my own personal group of agents. This means that from business to personal goals I aspire to inspire perseverance and determination within all my co-realtors.

Part of the challenge as a realtor, I would say is to be incredibly disciplined. As a realtor one does not shy away from sharing that with others. Being consistent and ever-present for all of your clients and developing good habits is a must. It can get really exhausting at times, but knowing and understanding your big WHY is what brings you back on track.

I recently launched a course called Sales Agents Secrets, designed to teach and guide other agents how to generate more leads, attract more clientele, increase listings, “and help manage and network through social platforms. It’s important to share best practices with your team to ensure success.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well, personally I’d recommend on the first day to eat and shop from the Ferry Building all the way to Pier 39 – Fisherman’s Wharf. Take the must-see ferry to Alcatraz (and back). Finish up your day in North Beach, San Francisco’s version of “Little Italy”. And who goes to San Francisco without ever seeing the famous Golden Gate Bridge. Also I’d say they should catch an unforgettable view of the San Francisco skyline from the “dock of the bay” in the charming seaside town of Sausalito. and then possibly end their day at Chinatown.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I wouldn’t be where I am without the support of my family and friends, and of course Kinetic Real Estate which I co-founded with Kevin Cruz and my business coach Raquel Quinet who taught me to Play Bigger!
