We had the good fortune of connecting with Fany Arias and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fany, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
As a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner, one of the affirmations that guides my life is “I am safe in my body.”

Everything happens through the body — our emotions, our memories, even our ability to create. The foundation of creation is safety; without it, the body stays in survival, unable to expand or receive.

By intentionally choosing this affirmation each morning, I create space in my body to feel safe, no matter what is happening around me. Through conscious breathing, I remind my nervous system that it can soften, that it’s safe to be here, to feel, to express, and to create.

Safety is not a concept — it’s a lived experience that begins with the breath.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m the founder of Triangle by Fany, a practice devoted to conscious transformation through breathwork, manifestation, and emotional healing.
As a trauma-informed breathwork practitioner, I guide individuals, couples, businesses, and groups to create space in their bodies for healing and to awaken their true potential.

My work is rooted in a simple truth: nothing changes until the body feels safe.
Through breath, we return to that inner safety — the calm, intelligent rhythm that lives beneath the noise. When the body softens, life begins to move again. Possibility opens. Creation becomes natural.

What makes my approach different is how I blend the science of the nervous system with the spirituality of manifestation. I don’t teach people to think their way into a new life; I help them breathe their way into it.

My path began with my own healing. A traumatic event in my adolescence broke me open and became the beginning of everything I now share. Breathwork became the bridge from survival to creation, from fear to trust.

Through Triangle by Fany, I hold space for others to experience that same remembrance — that peace, safety, and power were never lost. They’ve simply been waiting inside, beneath the breath.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If friends or family were visiting me in Los Angeles, I’d begin by offering them something close to my heart — a trauma-informed breathwork session with me. It’s such a beautiful way to arrive fully, release any stuck energy, and reconnect with the body before exploring the city.

We’d start the day with breakfast at Lodge Bread Company, because their sourdough cinnamon rolls are simply unforgettable. Then we might head to Primal Move in Venice, a new and empowering way to exercise that strengthens both body and spirit. I love the sense of community there — it’s playful, welcoming, and full of good energy.

After that, we’d stop by Anima Mundi in Venice for a mystical tea in their serene backyard — it’s one of my favorite hidden spots to pause, breathe, and just be. For dinner, I’d take them to Meteora, a stunning restaurant that perfectly blends exquisite food with feminine beauty in its design.

And of course, no visit would be complete without watching a sunset at the beach — those moments are pure magic for me. Finally, I’d bring them to the Self-Realization Fellowship in Malibu, a place of deep peace and beauty that always reminds me how sacred life can be.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d love to dedicate this shoutout to my husband, Eloi, my daughter Astra, my amazing breathers, and all the beautiful souls who make me feel that deep sense of belonging.

Eloi is the one who listens to all my wild ideas (and somehow says yes to most of them). Astra reminds me every day how magical life really is — she’s my little teacher of joy and presence. And my breathers… they inspire me endlessly. Every breath, every session, every release reminds me why I do what I do.

And to everyone who crosses my path and brings laughter, trust, or good energy — thank you for being part of this beautifully human adventure.
