What should our readers know about your business?
My success story here in LA all started when I personally was really bored with mundane workout routines. I was eager to achieve my body sculpting dreams without being a gym rat as I really worked long hours as a CEO in our beauty & health related businesses we were running in Germany. No time for the gym and if I made the time, I was too exhausted for really executing an efficient workout routine. That’s how we started to develop and incorporate cutting edge fitness technologies not only in our own workouts, but also in our gyms. We opened our first EMS ( Electro Muscular Stimulation) gym franchise in the US in 2015 and when the pandemic restrictions closed our very successful celebrity training business, we started to develop GYM IN A BOX ®️ as a consumer product line. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Definitely travel along the coast line, I’m an absolute beach bum and my favorite place are all in Malibu, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, also drive up to OC and enjoy beautiful Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, those are the places I personally enjoy the most, all our great hiking areas in the Santa Monica Canyons, Pacific Palisades, wherever I cab take my beautiful adopted dog who is meanwhile 13 years old but still super fit. you’ll find me! Beach & Mountains, two of my all time favorite to recharge my batteries . My companies Headquarters are in Beverly Hills at Springplace which is a private member club in the heart of Beverly Hills , that’s where I have most of my business meetings. My favorite restaurants are in that area, especially Caffe Roma on N. Canon Drive has been my favorite hotspot to meet my friends literally for 35 years, that’s when my friend Arnold Schwarzenegger introduced me to the place first time 35 years ago when I was a young model. Of course I’d also go to hip places like Catch LA, etc but as my husband is half Italian, we really enjoy the great Italian food in our Beverly Hills neighborhood. Besides that we are passionate homies and love to cook fresh homemade food to share it with friends!

My husband , Co-founder and GYM IN A BOX ®️ CPO , Nino Cristiani who is not only one of the best Fitness Trainers in the world and a renowned electro muscular stimulation expert, but also the most dedicated person I have ever met coming to helping people get healthier, fitter, happier, pain-free. He dedicated his entire life to this mission and that definitely deserves a huge shoutout!
