Hi Stefanie, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
My favorite quote is, “the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step,” by Lao Tzu. This is the quote that sparked me to start on my healing journey. After dealing with crushing anxiety, self-esteem issues, and a 10-year eating disorder, it was the quote that put things in perspective for me. As a perfectionist, I always strived to do my best, and I was inevitably hard on myself when I didn’t do as well as I thought I should. This quote reminded me to take things one step at a time. It reminded me to put emphasis on the small steps that lead to the end goal. The journey isn’t in the end goal, it is in the steps leading toward it.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business, Live and Breathe Reiki LLC, was created in 2021. For years, I had thought about creating a business where I could provide Reiki services for those who were starting their spiritual healing journeys, but I was stuck in fear-based thinking. I was scared of failure. I was scared of putting myself out there. So, I sat on the idea and waited until the pull was so strong, I couldn’t deny it. The year 2020, when COVID essentially changed our world and the way we lived it, gave me that push. It was then, that I started my Instagram page about Reiki, a Japanese healing technique used to promote stress reduction and relaxation.

It was a public space where I could share information about Reiki, positive quotes, and some photographs. I met some amazing, kind, like-minded people from all over the world, and I began to feel more comfortable sharing parts of myself with others. As I became more comfortable stepping out into the world, I knew I had to officially open my business so I could help more people throughout the world.

Since opening my business officially in 2021, things have continued to grow and change. I continue to push myself to learn, grow, and share more of my story. I’ve seen my clients experience remarkable healing shifts and this gives me the strength to continue to share my gifts and create new offerings. While I started out simply doing distance Reiki sessions and Reiki certification classes, I now hold space for online spiritual coaching programs, Akashic Records classes, and a Sacred Intuitive Tarot course. I believe that my love for knowledge, passion for self-growth, expansion in my intuitive/psychic abilities, and expertise is the foundation for all of the success I’ve achieved in my business so far!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Without a doubt, we would need to visit a quaint little coffee shop, a book shop, and a metaphysical/crystal shop. I love collecting crystals from different places. I love finding new places to eat, so visiting some restaurants would definitely be on the list as well.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout out Manifest It!
