We had the good fortune of connecting with Asianna Joyce and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Asianna, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
My favorite quote is actually a bible scripture, Matthew 19:26, which reads “Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible'” (NIV). I love that it gives me hope, peace, and faith. To me, this scripture embodies the meaning of faith and continuing on despite how things look. In my life, it has sometimes felt like an uphill battle. Forging a new path is nowhere near easy. This scripture reminds me that even when things look impossible – finances, career, family, health – it is always possible with God. In many situations, I have leaned onto Him for strength, peace, and understanding. As a result, I am often blown away by His goodness. He always comes through right on time – sometimes in the midnight hour – but nevertheless, on time! This has reigned true in my career, and in life.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am CEO and founder of PYT Enterprises, Inc, which is a business that provides real estate and media services. For real estate, I am a part of a brokerage called The Fox Group, which is located in Beverly Hills. There, we focus on luxury residential and commercial properties and investments. In my personal brand, I focus primarily on Sports and Entertainment clientele, but also help first-time homebuyers, investors, and more. I have keen eye for expanding investment portfolio, and building streams of income and generational wealth through the purchasing of real estate. Furthermore, I assist in residential and commercial real estate. So, whether a client is looking to buy a home or a space for their business, I can make it happen! This includes buying, selling, leasing, and investing. I also have experience with purchasing land. My ultimate goal is to help position clients to win so much that it passes down generation-to-generation.

On the media side of my business, we inspire and education via podcasts, books, workbooks, and other forms of media. We have a podcast called “Girl, Stand Up!” which is on Apple Podcast, Spotify, and other streaming platforms. Through our publishing branch, PYT Publishing, we released my novel, “Crazy Girl Chronicles: A Vanished Hope” in January 2023. It can be found on shelves at Malik Books in Westfield Culver City mall, as well as on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and other platforms. It is a fictional novel based on a true story. Thought raw storytelling and poetry, it chronicles the journey of a homeless first-generation Ivy League student who struggles to cope with the burden of her impoverished background while fighting for her wildest dreams. Each reader has said it made them cry, laugh, smile, and best of all – feel inspired to never give up, and to reach their fullest potential.

With this said, I believe what sets me apart is my genuine passion to see others accomplish their dreams, and my authenticity in getting them there. I take pride in educating my clients on the home buying/selling process, and ways to build their investment portfolio, generating wealth for them and their families. I must say, it has been nowhere near easy getting here! It’s been a lot of bumping my head, and figuring out the best way to run a business, help clients, and tell my story in a way that would help uplift others. The best way I overcame those challenges? God! God and my loved ones. I truly believe life’s journey takes faith and a great tribe.

The lessons I’ve learned along the way are to give myself grace. Grace with learning, growing, experiencing and reaching a higher version of myself. I saw a quote online that read, “Be patient when becoming someone you haven’t been before.” This can only be done by giving yourself grace to know that life is about a journey, and it’s how we handle each bump, turn, and obstacle that ultimately gets us to our destination. Beating ourselves up about mistakes – the “should’ve, would’ve, could’ve”s – get us nowhere except in a never-ending cycle of tearing our own selves down. We must stand up and celebrate our own wins, no matter how seeming small.

What I want the world to know about me and my story? That God sent me to help you reach your purpose. I want people to know I am here to help, and come with a genuine heart and passion for the real estate business, media, and reaching our fullest potential. I am all about leaving a legacy that creates generational wealth and success for our families. No more mediocrity, miseducation, or dimming our lights. It is time to shine, and me and my business are here to make sure others do just that.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Hmm, that’s a great question. Well, being that I was born and raised in Washington, DC (I have been in LA for almost a decade), a lot of my closest friends live on the east coast. When my best friends visit, I typically show them the main tourist attractions, an event, and my favorite eatery spots. For sites, I take them to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a jog at Runyon Canyon, Griffith Observatory, Santa Monica beach/pier, and a museum. For food, my go-to spots are Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles, Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen, In-N-Out Burger, and The Waffle in Hollywood. I believe those to be some of the staple food places in LA, and my top favorites. I drizzle in a food/taco truck and good bar/lounge with views and vibes for the extra kick.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family, partner, and friends are my hugest motivators and supporters. If it were not for them, I don’t know where I would be. Also, my mentor has been very instrumental in my life since age 6. She has taught me how to expand my horizons, and how to accomplish the goals I aim for. I also want to give recognition to my brokerage, The Fox Group; our broker Ryan Fox, has been an amazing guide in the real estate industry.
