Hi Silvana, what are you inspired by?
As a Business owner, we have to have faith in ourselves.As a realtor, I am often asked what inspires me in my work. The answer is simple: it’s the people, the places, and the possibilities.

I am inspired by the people I meet every day—the families, the individuals getting a divorce or settling an estate for their loved ones, the first-time buyers, and the seasoned investors. Each person has a unique story, a vision for the future, and dreams of what their perfect home looks like. Being a part of that journey, helping them find a place where they can create memories, build their lives, and feel truly at home—that’s what drives me. Their excitement, their hopes, and even their challenges inspire me to do my best and to find the right fit for each of them.

The places where we live and work also inspire me deeply. Every neighborhood has its own character, its own rhythm, and its own story to tell. Whether it’s a bustling urban area with its energy and diversity or a quiet suburban street where children play and neighbors chat, these places shape our lives in profound ways. I am inspired by the architecture, the history, and the community spirit that make each location unique. It’s a privilege to match people with the places where they can thrive and feel a true sense of belonging.

Finally, I am inspired by the possibilities that real estate offers. Every property is a blank canvas, waiting to be transformed into a home, a business, or a sanctuary. The potential for creativity, for turning a vision into reality, is limitless. Whether it’s helping someone find a fixer-upper to make their own or guiding a family to the home of their dreams, the possibilities inspire me to think outside the box and to approach every challenge with a fresh perspective.

In this profession, inspiration is everywhere—in the stories of my clients, in the communities I serve, and in the endless opportunities to make a positive impact on people’s lives. It’s this inspiration that fuels my passion for real estate and drives me to continue growing, learning, and helping others achieve their dreams. I am Inspired by my faith. Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Silvana Sarkis is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert handling the sale of real property in Family Law Cases in Southern California, specifically Orange County. Ms. Sarkis is a law school graduate holding a Juris Doctorate Degree as well as an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Human Services. However, her passion for real estate, forged her to continue her education in real estate. Ms. Sarkis is also a graduate of the Ilumni Institute. Additionally, she has experience substitute teaching at Anaheim Union High School District. Her wide professional experience coupled with her real estate experience qualifies her as the “go to” Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert. Ms. Sarkis’ expertise includes, but is not limited to, loan processing up to being a loan broker. She has also managed sales teams and loan officers for several years. In 2005, she received her Broker License and has trained over 250 realtors, loan officers and sales teams. She is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and works closely with Petitioners in Selling their estate home in Probate. Ms. Sarkis has an immense amount of experience in real estate sales in high conflict situations such as Foreclosure and Short Sales. Ms. Sarkis is also a published author of “33 Things That Can Go Wrong & Do In Real Estate Transactions” which can be found on Amazon. Ms. Sarkis has a passion and skills to help support her clients with neutrality in conflict situations. She provides resources to family law and probate attorneys to assist them in the management of their cases. She is also available to provide expert witness testimony in the real estate arena.
