Meet Alyshia & Marion | Founders of Bloom Brand Co.

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alyshia & Marion and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alyshia & Marion, what matters most to you?
At Bloom Brand Co., the principle that matters most to us is the value of uplifting and empowering each other. We believe that beauty should be about embracing who you are, not covering up or hiding your true self. The beauty industry often emphasizes concealing perceived flaws, but we take a different approach—one that’s about celebrating natural beauty, building confidence, and encouraging self-love. We want our Bloom Besties to feel seen, appreciated, and confident in their own skin. Our mission is to remind everyone that beauty isn’t about perfection; it’s about feeling good in your own skin.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Building Bloom Brand Co. has been an incredible journey, but it hasn’t been easy. This brand has been years in the making, evolving through countless ideas, product pivots, and hard-learned lessons. One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced was learning who to trust and partner with along the way. In the beauty industry, finding people who truly believe in your vision is essential, and it’s taken time and perseverance to build that foundation.
Through trial and error, we’ve discovered what truly resonates with our community. Each challenge taught us resilience and refined our vision. We’ve come to understand that creating a brand isn’t just about launching a product; it’s about building a mission that empowers and uplifts others. We want the world to know that Bloom Brand Co. is here to change how beauty is perceived. Our goal is to help everyone feel confident and embrace their natural beauty, flaws and all.
What sets us apart is our commitment to redefining beauty with products that empower people to embrace their natural selves. We prioritize boosting confidence and helping our Bloom Besties feel good just as they are. Our floral pimple patches, Bloomies, come in a unique, slim case, Bloom Bouquet, designed for on-the-go use, offering a blend of style, function, and superior adhesion quality that we’re incredibly proud of.
We’re most excited about the growing community who resonates with our message and values. Seeing Bloom Besties uplift one another and embrace their natural beauty is what drives us. Our pride lies in knowing that Bloom Brand Co. is more than a product—it’s a movement toward confidence, self-love, and empowerment.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! Our shoutout would go to the people who have believed in us from the very beginning: our families. Coming from households of entrepreneurs, at a young age, we’ve witnessed firsthand the resilience, hard work, and determination it takes to build something meaningful from the ground up. Their sacrifices and unwavering support gave us the courage to pursue our dreams.
We’d also like to shout out the friends who were our earliest supporters—testing products, offering feedback, and cheering us on. Special thanks to our mentors and fellow entrepreneurs who shared their wisdom and reminded us that challenges are stepping stones, not barriers.
Finally, we want to recognize the Bloom Brand Co. community, affectionately called our ‘Bloom Besties.’ Their trust and enthusiasm for our products inspire us to keep innovating and creating. Every story they share about how our products make them feel confident and seen keeps us going. This journey wouldn’t be possible without their encouragement.
