Meet Taylor Diambrini | Singer & Song-writer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor Diambrini and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Taylor, the decisions we make often shape our story in profound ways. What was one of the most difficult decisions you’ve had to make?
Letting go of the past, my comfort zone, and taking a risk in stepping onto a path of musical creative honesty. Therefore Connecting who I am as a person spiritually and emotionally to the artist that I truly am regardless of marketing, branding, genre and industry standards and boundaries .

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Well letting go of t comparing myself to other artists and trying to fit a genre or category. I got to where I am at by never giving up, never stopping, beleiving in my heart, trusting and staying on path with god, and always searching for the flame and love for my craft, voice and music that is lit in my heart. Making sure that flame is alway tending to and is either out or a flaming fire, but never dim or Luke warm. There is still a lot of mountain climbing to go but I definitely see the peak and am enjoying the journey there. I’ve learned many lessons, in fact to many to get into right now lol But a few of them would be love yourself and who you are, believe in what you do and keep sharpening your craft, sculpting your statue if you will. Don’t listen to others as much as you listen to your heart but be willing to grown and take criticism, using it to further yourself and grow. I have a long story personally aside from my music endeavors, some might say that the two tie into each other. the more you dig into Diamond Blood the more you can find out about them 😉 Its been a journey 16 years pursuing music as a singer song-writer, along the way I made friends and lost friends. Had love and lost love in pain. fell into drugs, drinking, and mental illness. I got 51/50 in 2014 then found Jesus/god, and he healed me from mental illness, depression, anxiety, phitzofrinia ect.. I though music was done for me. Then sober and saved or not i fell into more depression, until I found out that my new path in life was still with music. in fact my soul spirit and music where now intertwined. And my sound, voice, songs, music has been growing ever since and still has a way to go. I’m feel that the world and myself are staring at a mountain that needs to be climbed or an obstacle that needs to be overcome. I’m believing and singing that we will, and this time and era in our lives with just become another part of our story, that we/I will sing on the other end of this chapter.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Man, haha you might be asking the wrong person lol I definitely the introverted singer song-writer type and don’t go out or socialize as much I should probably lol But I currently live in Woodland Hills and found the best tai food I have ever had in my life called Jasmine Tai so that would be one. I would take them to the Santa Monica pier at Sunset, I would take them to a few spots around downtown L.A. at night when its lit and try some of the food trucks , probably for a taco or burrito.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Yes I want to give a shout too my church and fellow believer friends at In His Presence , Mosaic Hollywood Church and brand/label/artist and to @lionheartmusic @midnight for being there for me in times of trouble, sickness and obstacles! so mainly a big shout out to Jesus ! And also to some Buddys who have been there for me with my musical endeavors like Brandon Miller, Isaac Waters, Marton Veretas . And Nick Carceller!
