We had the good fortune of connecting with Carleigh Blonigan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carleigh, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success has been the ability to truly personalize each session to meet the unique needs of every client. My background in BASI Pilates, Foundation Training, pre/postnatal specialization, and NeuroKinetic Therapy gives me a diverse and comprehensive toolbox. This allows me to approach each client with a fresh perspective—assessing their body, listening to their goals, and designing sessions that are both effective and supportive.

No two bodies are the same, and no two sessions should be either. I focus not just on movement, but on educating my clients so they can understand their bodies, feel more empowered, and take ownership of their progress. That combination of individualized programming and client education has been key to building lasting trust and real results.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business energizes and excites me on so many levels. At my core, I’m a helper—I’m driven by the desire to make people feel better in their bodies and create a positive, lasting impact in their lives. How we feel physically plays a huge role in how we show up in the world, and I believe we all deserve to live in a body that supports us, not limits us.

What sets my work apart is the way I combine deep expertise with personalization. I pull from a variety of movement methods, to tailor each session to the individual. Every person who walks through my door is met with care, curiosity, and a program designed just for them.

The moments that keep me going are the breakthroughs—those “aha” moments when a client realizes something new about their body, hits a goal, or simply tells me they’re feeling better in their daily life. That’s everything to me. It literally makes me feel like I’m on top of the world.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy. It’s taken years of learning, listening, refining, and showing up even when things felt uncertain. Running a small, client-focused business means wearing a lot of hats, but I’ve learned that staying grounded in my “why” always brings clarity.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about my brand, it’s that movement is not just about fitness—it’s about freedom. Freedom to live, move, and age with less pain and more joy. That’s what I’m here to help people create.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
As a mom of two and someone who truly loves living in the Los Angeles/Conejo Valley area, I’d plan a week that’s all about good food, local gems, and enjoying life’s simple joys—especially with kids in tow.

We’d kick things off with a morning at the Calabasas Farmers Market, grabbing fresh produce, coffee, and maybe a treat or two for the little ones. A day at the Malibu beaches would definitely be on the agenda—followed by lunch and playground time at the Malibu Country Mart.

We’d make a day trip to Underwood Family Farms for some animal visits and berry picking, and of course, swing by Whizin Market Square in Agoura Hills, where my Pilates studio is. It’s a great spot to wander, grab a bite, and soak up that relaxed, local energy.

But honestly, some of the best moments would be spent right at home—backyard playtime with water tables, BBQs, games, a good bottle of wine, and Dodgers games on in the background. Those are the cozy, connection-filled memories that always stand out the most.

For me, the magic of this area isn’t just the places—it’s the way it encourages you to slow down and really enjoy the people you’re with.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people who’ve helped shape who I am as a movement professional. My love for movement started early—I remember helping my grandfather with his physical therapy exercises as a little girl. That connection sparked something in me.

I’m incredibly grateful to my parents, who taught me to trust and listen to my body—not just in pushing it, but in resting it too. They laid the foundation for how I approach movement with compassion and balance.

My dance teachers were my first true movement mentors, showing me how to express, explore, and respect my body through movement. Later, the educators and mentors in each of my trainings, expanded my understanding of how the body functions, heals, and thrives. Their knowledge continues to inform how I support my clients every day.

And I can’t share my story without mentioning my husband, Alex. He’s been my biggest supporter from the start—cheering me on, taking on the many hats it takes to help run a business behind the scenes, and being the most incredible partner, both as a dad and a Pilates husband. His belief in me has made this path feel possible and sustainable, even in the hard seasons.

It truly takes a village, and I’m so thankful for mine.
