We had the good fortune of connecting with Todd Elliot and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi todd, what do you attribute your success to?
Confidence and don’t be afraid to fail. It is important to dream and go for it. Success is about achieving goals and improving. You have to start somewhere and build it up from there. Watch expenses and increase opportunities

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Well I started my company after I self taught myself how to dance. Then I expanded my company to other types of entertainment, performers, vendors when I would find them at other events. Over time, I experienced other skills and self taught myself to be a professional magician, mime and more. You always learn from failure and what makes me succeed most is to prove to people when they say I am not good or cannot do it. That adds fuel to the fire.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Up and down the Coast from LA visiting beaches, food, wineries, live music and mixing in fun events that I would research and find since I am in the industry for the most fun, interactive time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My dad was inspiring as he came from nothing and got very successful in real estate. I watched, learned and observed. I didn’t have the passion for real estate but took many of his actions and ways to make my own company successful and make it on my own
