We had the good fortune of connecting with Eddie Palmer II and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eddie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Quality of Results. I believe in getting the mission accomplished pursuit of perfection makes us work harder become masters at our crafts. So every client I engage with no matter the task set before us its about not only finishing but making sure the results are at the highest level possible. Innovation and optimization in the lives of others it is key part of growth towards maximizing an individuals potential in life and their pursuit of happiness. Helping clients find the best ways to accomplish that. I wanted to create better people, the greatest amongst us are servants to others. These days people want fame and recognition without the quality of work, skillset, and results being there no mastery just attention. I see it the inverted way make yourself a master and let the accolades follow so that the success can last and reproduce in other avenues. As a Consultant I synthesize all information daily then go out and figure out how and where to disperse it depending on the person and situation, to improve the facet(s) of life Ive been charged with helping clients matriculate. That could be they’re HEALTH, WEALTH, or SELF (life course and internal philosophies and happiness). Imagine entrusting these kind of things to someone who wants attention and not the duty of development. Life help doesn’t come in cute packages its raw and upfront and hits hard when at the precipice of change you need someone with a high EQ ( emotional intelligence) and IQ. Someone who dedicates themselves to betterment in life, education and health daily can you see the person you recruit and pay to help doing that. The results have to be there, you have to want to see people succeed more than you want fame or attention because your best work will probably never been seen or known to the world in honesty. Quality of results of those in your care/charge should be the biggest payoff to you. High Quality help produces higher quality people and a higher quality world we live in. Everyone wins!!

What should our readers know about your business?
Attention to detail I feel sets me apart from all else. I focus on the minuet things it makes the biggest difference. The small details once taken care knock any larger problems out of the way more often than not. It also shows you’re level of care to clients and customers when you pay attention to detail they know you really want whats best and you hear and acknowledge them when they divulge information to you, your retaining it. Im most proud of the results, Ive been able to have with people all over this world. No matter where they are located we have been able to have big breakthroughs whether mentally(strategy, mindset), physically ( health gains or overcoming health issues) or financially( wealth moves, financial system comprehension and analysis). Being able to see tangible progress in lives making women and men matriculate life in ways they could not before and building skill sets and tool sets to make them the person they want to be in any or all arenas. How I got to where I am is discipline to learn( more information daily become wiser every day) improve/ internal auditing ( my outlooks and viewpoints never allow bias or judgments to factor into my vision or perception, and trying ( not being scared to fail or have to start over not being afraid to look “dumb” or go against the masses just because its popular or not the vogue move to do currently). Success comes from going against the grain making your mark in a innovated way stats quo will get you average results your following a path already made so how bumpy or hard will it be not very so the results wont be memorable if your in it to make a LEGACY then you have to step outside and create your own path to the mountain top, but some people want just a piece of the American pie and some want to have their own oven depends on who you are and what your looking for out of and in life. Determination is how I overcome challenges and obstacles being persistent in adversity is a key factor. When things are good take a deep breath and smile just do not hold the moment to tight as a business owner you are addicted to overcoming challenges otherwise you wouldn’t dare entire this arena so when things are calm just use it as breathing room before your next test, because something is always on the horizon but would you really have it any other way lol?! My brand is about EXCELLENCE it is the standard. Not allowing any factors to sway us from the exact achievement we set out for when we put the vows ( not goals vows has more meaning goals sounds like a hope) down on paper and say this our journey we may alter the course of course but never the destination.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
A LA weekend trip itinerary for my out town friend would likely begin with breakfast in Santa Monica at Sweet Maples after that a bike ride down to Venice Beach boardwalk for some mingling and big dose of that sunny and 77 LA weather consumption. Followed up with some In-N-Out burgers everyones must have on a LA trip animal style visitors favorite, but me I like protein style stay on my eating habits. Head over to Century City mall for little shopping and workout at the gym there get that breakfast and lunch off in preparation for dinner reservations. A wardrobe change back home and then head up Wilshire bld taking the scenic route around Westwood, UCLA towards Hollywood site seeing on Fairfax avenue try and catch the sunset on Sunset blvd, and checking out Rodeo drive before having dinner at Mastro’s Beverly Hills. Wake up the next day for Sunday funday in Newport Beach/Balboa Peninsula.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I like to Shoutout and thank all the Failures and Setbacks l’ve had in my life. Without them I would not have become better, and more resilient. My knowledge, acumen, as well as fortitude would not be as great without the losses that made me improve my skillset, mindset and toolset to win. The elevators that were broken and forced me take the stairs covered in broken glass.
