Meet Tiarah Jade | Luxe Beauty Specialist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiarah Jade and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiarah, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
Becoming a parent changed the way I look at success. It’s no longer just about building a business—it’s about building a life that my daughter can look at one day and feel inspired by.
The most important thing I hope she learns from me is the value of discipline, self-respect, and believing in your vision even when the path isn’t easy. As a mother and an entrepreneur in the beauty and wellness space, I’m very intentional about the example I set. I want her to see that women can pursue their passions, create opportunities for themselves, and still lead with grace and compassion.
I believe children learn more from what they witness than what they’re told. If my daughter grows up seeing a woman who works with purpose, takes pride in her craft, and creates a life she’s proud of, then I’ve done my job as a parent.
At the end of the day, the greatest impact I can have on my child is showing her that she has the power to build a life she truly loves.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Creativity has always been a part of who I am. As a child I loved drawing, and that eventually translated into beauty. I started doing my own hair at a young age, and by junior high and high school I was always inviting friends over to do their hair and makeup. We’d get ready, take photos, and even record little videos dancing to our favorite songs.
One of my earliest memories of realizing this could turn into something bigger was in sixth grade. I was in an after-school kids program and would do the girls’ hair there. Eventually their moms started paying me, and it got to the point where the school had to tell me I couldn’t run a “business” during the program. The moms even started contacting my dad to set up appointments. Looking back, that was probably my first little taste of entrepreneurship.
My path into the beauty industry wasn’t completely linear. I started college studying psychology, then pursued cosmetology, and eventually esthetics. I’m currently finishing my degree in business management and plan to pursue a physician assistant program so I can move further into medical aesthetics. I’ve always believed you never stop learning, and that mindset has guided a lot of my decisions.
It definitely hasn’t been easy. Building a career in beauty comes with its ups and downs. There have been moments where I felt underestimated, moments of inconsistency, and times where I questioned if I was on the right path. But my passion for this industry has always brought me back. I truly love what I do.
Over the years I’ve explored many areas of beauty—hair, makeup, photoshoots, lashes, waxing, skincare, and styling. What I’ve realized is that my real passion is helping people see themselves at their best. I naturally see the potential in someone and love bringing that version of them to life.
I’m genuinely obsessed with the beauty industry. I’m constantly learning, growing, and becoming the best version of myself so I can continue giving my clients the best of what I have to offer.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Honestly, at this stage of my life as a new mom, my favorite place is home. If my best friend were visiting for a week, I’d probably create a cozy, relaxing routine rather than a packed itinerary. I’d cook a good meal, we’d put on a great movie, and just enjoy time together.
We’d likely start a morning with a workout at my gym, then spend time poolside soaking up the sun. I love taking walks through the nearby park with my baby and my puppy—it’s one of my favorite ways to slow down and enjoy the day.
Naturally, skincare would be involved. I’d probably give them a treatment while they’re visiting or let them try some of the medical-grade skincare products I work with. Beauty and wellness are such a big part of my life that they naturally become part of how I spend time with people I care about.
If we did go out, it would most likely be something simple like brunch followed by a beach day, or maybe even a relaxing massage. I’m definitely more drawn to things that feel therapeutic and restorative these days.
And honestly, we’d probably be drinking the green juices my boyfriend makes or electrolyte water most of the time. Nothing too wild—just good energy, good conversation, and taking care of ourselves.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would definitely dedicate my shoutout to my Nana. She raised me from the time I was about 13, and she played a huge role in shaping the woman I’ve become. She’s incredibly strong, sassy, and bossy—in the best way—and she carried herself like a true businesswoman long before I understood what that meant. Watching her manage her career, handle life with confidence, and never back down from challenges left a lasting impression on me. Through her independence and dedication to her work, she showed me what it looks like to build a meaningful career while staying true to yourself.
I’d also give credit to my mom. Our relationship has had its complexities, but I recognize that many of the talents and creative instincts I have today come from her. As I’ve grown, I’ve come to appreciate the ways those qualities shaped who I am and the path I’ve taken.
Both of them, in very different ways, influenced my resilience, my ambition, and the way I approach my career and life today.
