We had the good fortune of connecting with HoneyBerryDrip and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi HoneyBerryDrip, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is staying true to my vision even when people didn’t understand it yet.

A lot of artists follow trends. I built a world around HoneyBerryDrip. The music, visuals, fashion, energy, everything connects. Every era of my brand reflects exactly where I’m at mentally and creatively.

I never wanted to look or sound like everybody else. The reason people remember me is because I take risks and evolve constantly. Whether it was the purple era or now with the red and black rebrand, I make sure every move feels like a moment.

Consistency matters too. Even when things slow down behind the scenes, I’m still creating, still planning, still pushing the vision forward.

At the end of the day, authenticity and reinvention built my brand.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is really about emotion, transformation, and creating a world people can escape into. I’ve always wanted HoneyBerryDrip to feel bigger than just music. It’s the visuals, the fashion, the energy, the aesthetic, the storytelling — everything connects together to create an experience.

What sets me apart is that I’m never afraid to evolve. Every era of my career reflects a different version of me creatively and emotionally. I treat my image almost like a living character that keeps growing. Whether it was my purple era or now with the darker red and black rebrand, I always want people to feel like they’re watching an artist transform in real time instead of staying comfortable.

One thing I’m most proud of is building a real audience independently. A lot of people only see the numbers or visuals now, but they don’t see the years of consistency, experimenting, networking, creating content, promoting music, and believing in myself before things started gaining momentum. Nothing about this journey was easy. There were moments where things slowed down, people doubted me, or opportunities didn’t happen the way I expected. But I kept creating anyway because this is bigger than temporary setbacks to me.

I overcame challenges by learning how to reinvent myself instead of quitting. Every obstacle pushed me to become more creative and more focused on my vision. I learned that being different is actually your biggest advantage as an artist. The internet is full of people copying each other, so authenticity becomes powerful.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that branding and consistency matter just as much as talent. People connect with artists who create a feeling and stand for something. I want HoneyBerryDrip to represent evolution, individuality, and fearlessly expressing yourself even if people don’t understand it at first.

What I want the world to know is that I’m still growing. This is only the beginning of the vision. I’m building something timeless, and every project, visual, and era is another piece of that story.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite venue to perfom in Miami is called boombox
