We had the good fortune of connecting with Dianna Brescia and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dianna, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
My attitude and strong will is most likely responsible for my success. I kept going despite all the hardships.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I own a culinary agency that provides private chefs to private homes and corporations, we also have an all organic weekly meal delivery service, we do catering and events.  I believe my business is very unique, Whether you’re ordering our affordable organic weekly meal delivery service or hiring an amazing private chef for your home through the agency, we have a little something for everyone. My business is evolving as we speak and we are in the works of opening up the food delivery service on it’s own and still operating under our agency for the private chef & catering services. I’m excited to launch the food service on its own and excited about the cookbook that I have been working on and should be released by the end of the year. So please stay tuned!

Through this entire food journey, I learned to never give up on your dreams. Learn to trust the process, the hard work will pay off and you are really not “working” by doing something that you love. I want the world to know my brand and business represents food & overall wellness for the mind, body and spirit. To never give up on your passion and to prevail through adversity, Everything is mindset and perspective.  That is what keeps me going professionally.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Yes, this this is a goodie! I mean this is why I moved to LA! The city is filled with so many amazing spots for food, fun and entertainment. My top picks and plan for anyone visiting LA are as follows: A ride through every city starting from DTLA, Rodeo Drive, The West Side, Hollywood Hills, a scenic drive through Malibu and all the way to Calabasas! A good hike at Griffin Park  a trip to Santa Monica’s Farmers Market, Sushi Lunch at Nobu Malibu or Sugar Fish in Santa Monica, Coffee and Wine in Venice at Zinque. Cocktails and delicious middle eastern food at Bar Bavel in DTLA. If you don’t have tacos or Persian food in LA when your visiting is it even a real trip? Shopping at the Grove, a tour of Beverly Hill flats and celebrity homes. Views and drinks at 71 & Above for a great dinner and comedy show at The Laugh Factory. If you want a trendy spot and a celebrity sighting try a trip to the Soho House in West Hollywood for a night out and then if your lucky a private party in the Hills.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
This is a fully loaded question, I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t have mentors and guidance from those I trusted. My family is a big part of my success, they always encouraged my “crazy” leap of faith ideas and told me never to give up. Believe me, there were times I wanted to but I know giving up is the easy way out and to be truly successfully you are going to have many bumps in the road. I also have done a lot of personal development work in my life. I have had a life coach since I got to LA, She was a big help to me. I also jumped into personal development work in my early 20’s. I would buy book after book to help guide me to becoming the best version of myself. Success takes a bit of work, this work is not just a quick fix, it’s life long. I am still pushing myself out of my comfort zone and still striving to be the best version of myself daily.
