The most important impact I have done as a parent is helped my 3 kids make the connection between the food they eat and how it effect their bodies. We plant trees together and take care of our little edible garden. We talk about progress, not perfection; and we like to focus on the good in our daily lives. The most impactful thing we can do as parents, is show our children they’re loved while teaching them to succeed on their own. Read more>>
