We had the good fortune of connecting with Abraham Khanian and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Abraham, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
If you love what you do, you will be successful and empowered so when you truly love what you do, success naturally follows, and you have the power to uplift countless individuals. This lesson has been reinforced by the successful people I’ve encountered in my real estate and acting careers. These two paths may seem different, yet they share many similarities, which is why I am passionate about both. Some people say, “It’s impossible to pursue both; just choose one,” but I confidently reply, “Thank you, but this is my life and my choice; I embrace what I love.”

The most vital lesson I’ve learned throughout my journey is that passion fuels accomplishment, leading to countless rewarding outcomes. In real estate, I thrive on assisting people, especially first-time buyers, guiding them through the exciting process of finding their dream home. I love exploring new properties on the market and cherish the incredible support I receive from my colleagues and network.

In my acting career, on the other hand, I relish the opportunity to entertain audiences, whether on stage or screen. Working alongside seasoned professionals allows me to learn and grow, while the unwavering support from my family fuels my motivation. Remarkably, my acting experience often brings new clients into my real estate pipeline, as they seek guidance in buying or selling their homes.

At the end of the day, my passion for what I do is a constant presence in my life, inspiring me every morning and comforting me every night. Embracing what I love is not just a choice; it’s a lifestyle that leads to fulfillment and success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What can I say about being a Real Estate Agent? It has been a remarkable journey. It all started at the age of 12 when I realized my mom worked at a mortgage broker firm. The beautiful homes in Beverly Hills sparked my passion for real estate. Although I initially aspired to be a doctor, my biology teacher’s talk about saving lives made me reconsider that path.

In high school, I took my first business class, which expanded my understanding of real estate and solidified my desire to pursue it. After graduating high school, I enrolled at California State University, Northridge, to earn a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. I graduated in Spring 2020 and obtained my license in May 2022.

The journey to becoming a successful realtor was filled with challenges; I had to pass rigorous classes and build my client database from scratch. One key lesson I learned along the way is to persevere and follow your passion. My relationship with my Real Estate Finance professor was instrumental; he recommended me to Keller Williams Beverly Hills, where I currently work.

I embody the “Mamba Mentality,” which has driven me to strive for excellence since I earned my license. I want everyone to understand the significance of holding on to your dreams. Embrace challenges, be resilient, and break down barriers one step at a time—success in this industry is within your reach!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Honestly, my best friend would love the city of Beverly Hills. Where is the most visited and known place in the world? I would take my best friend to take a drive in the flats to either the Beverly Hills Hotel to grab a bite to eat or grab a couple of drinks at Wally’s. My favorite places to eat here that I know my best friend would love are, Joe’s Pizza, Jon & Vinny’s Beverly Hills, Porta Via Beverly Hills, Il Pastaio, Nate’n Al’s, the famous Cheesecake Factory, La Scala, and my favorite Il Tramezzino. But if my best friend want to check out a mall or shopping, best place will be at Rodeo drive, Westfield Century City Mall, and the Beverly Center.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
For this Shoutout Series, I want to highlight the incredible people and influential books that have shaped my journey as a realtor and an actor. Let’s begin with my real estate career. A heartfelt shoutout goes to my broker team leader, Melissa Zee. From my very first day, Melissa was the first person in the office to embrace me as part of the team. Her mentorship has been invaluable; I’ve learned to be bold, to support others, to make smart business decisions, and to recognize the importance of networking events and personal branding within the industry. I also want to express my gratitude to Brandon Mulrenin, Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone, Patrick Bet-David, Jordan Belfort, and Dean Graziosi for their powerful insights in their books and videos, inspiring me to strive to be among the top 1% of agents.

Turning to my acting career, I must extend a huge thank you to Clay Banks and Joe Abrahams at Clay Banks Studio International. Their influence has transcended my acting skills and deepened my understanding of life, both on and off camera. My connection with Joe has been especially meaningful; he has a keen understanding of who I am and consistently encourages me to express my true self, reminding me to maintain my authenticity and approach every project with a smile. In terms of my professional growth, Coach Clay Banks has been transformative. He has helped me tap into my inner essence as an actor. My ambition is to excel in this industry, and with him now retired, I have no desire to seek guidance from anyone else but him or Joe. They both truly understand me and consistently guide me along the right path.

These remarkable individuals deserve far more than just a shoutout; they are essential to my journey and success.
