We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexandra Kiladjian and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alexandra, what do you attribute your success to?
Believing in myself! The more you believe in your brand, the more successful it’ll be! I spent a lot of time doubting my ability to create a successful business and once I stopped feeling “imposter syndrome”, I was able to think outside the box and grow my business into something I was proud of.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I started my own social media managing and content creating business in the middle of the pandemic. I noticed many small businesses during the pandemic were struggling with selling their products via social media. I felt I could help. I am now passionate about helping small businesses grow using the beauty of content creation and social media marketing.

I specialize in minimalistic and neutral content and work hard with my clients to curate a feed that is aesthetically pleasing.

It was not easy finding the confidence to quit my steady income job and take a chance on starting my own business but when you believe in your work, the success will come, you just have to be patient!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am the queen of finding the best spots and things to do in LA! My perfect day would start with a smoothie at Juicy Ladies in the Palisades, followed by a hike at Los Liones. My favorite lunch spot is Great White in Venice, so after the hike I’d head to Venice to eat and spend the rest of the day on the beach!

If it was a week long itinerary, I would make sure to go to Point dume in Malibu, a drive-in movie in Santa Monica, a paddle in Marina Del Rey and watch the sunset on the beach! My favorite local spots that are always a must are Elephante, Kazu Nori for the best handrolls, High rooftop for sunset, The Gran Blanco for margaritas, and the Misfit for happy hour!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My parents helped push me to believe in myself and in my abilities to start my own successful business! I would not have been able to do it without their love and support.
