We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexandra Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alexandra, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
Being in the real estate industry and an entrepreneur, it takes consistency. Nothing happens overnight, it takes patience, a postive mindset, and consistency to get the best results.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets me apart from other real estate agents and entrepreneurs is my attention to detail, preparation, professionalism, and expertise. I ensure all of my clients/customers are satisfied and obtain the appropriate knowlege they were seeking. My skill set, tools, and database is what makes me stand out among my colleagues. I don’t take “no” for a answer and I don’t look at any of my past failures as a “loss.” It is just more room for improvement and growth. My mindset and desire to succeed is what puts my foot in the door; my expertise, consistency, and hardwork is what makes me successful.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The first thing I would do is walk the Runyon Canyon. I love views and exercising so it the perfect place to see the best views of LA and the hollywood sign while also trying to stay in shape. I would also go walk down Fairfax and La Brea to check out all the streetwear shops. I am a huge fan of art and fashion so it the perfect place to visit. Also, I would take a quick stop to Santa Monica beach afterwards to walk on the pier and shop at the local stores. They always have street dancers and performers come out so it is always fun to watch. Lastly, I can’t forget to eat at my favorite dinner spot, Perch. It is a nice french rooftop restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. It also has the best views of the city I have ever seen, along with the best food!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shoutout my parents and mentor, Valerie Brewer. I would not have the mindset and drive I have today if it was not for my parents. They are the reason why I was able buy my first property at 22, learn different saving methods, and able to invest in myself and my future. Their unconditional support is the reason why I continue to push myself everyday to make them proud. Also, my mentor, Valerie Brewer, has been a huge help as I dive into the Real Estate industry. She was the only realtor that responded to my numerous attempts to request assistance in manuvering the world of Real Estate. Any questions I have, she is there to help. I am forever grateful she was able to give me a chance. Both my parents and mentor have been a great support system in my career and I can not stress how blessed I am for them.
