We had the good fortune of connecting with Amber & Arielle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amber & Arielle, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?

Initially, becoming an actual ministry wasn’t the goal. We loved God, saw a need, and attempted to meet that need by serving the people immediately around us. Creating Bible studies and hosting small groups were initially motivated by sharing what we were learning with our friends. When we had no success in finding free online studies that were relatable and thought-provoking, we decided to create them ourselves. This all happened right around the time in March 2020 that the COVID-19 pandemic hit, so we knew it was crucial for us to attempt to still bring people together in community with the church buildings closed. On a weekly basis, we started meeting with a small group of women via Zoom while spending roughly 6 hours planning and putting together the Bible studies. We always would say, “If no one shows up, we’re gonna still do this Bible study with just us”, and we have never had a time when that has happened to date.

As we noticed how other women were using our studies outside of our small group, along with the consistency and growth among our Bible study members. That’s when God gave us the vision of how big the ministry actually could be. We saw a unique opportunity to serve others with our resources. After a year and a half of doing weekly virtual Bible studies and creating 40 Bible studies, we established the name of our ministry and developed a business strategy for services and products for women that could go beyond helping their relationship with God through biblical literacy and application.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets Women Who Will Ministries apart is the convenience we provide for both our members and our leaders. We offer live Bible studies, downloadable Bible study guides, prayer partners, workshops, and a community of like-minded women within similar seasons of life.

As we’ve grown our leadership team, we have been able to expand our Bible study topics and times to accommodate women within various time zones and lifestyles around the world. Coincidingly, we accommodate our leaders in determining a day and time that is most convenient for them to teach while members can RSVP to whichever Bible studies are convenient for them to virtually attend.

Our Bible studies are interactive, we meet women wherever they are, it’s important to us that our members are able to leave with an actual understanding of how to apply scripture to everyday life. Not to mention, members are assigned prayer partners after each Bible study since we find it equally important to know how to pray confidently for ourselves and others.

Above all, we truly take care of our members. Recently, we began accepting donations and have already been able to support charitable causes of our members, such as how we were able to financially support a single mother within our community.

Nevertheless, one does not have to be a member to use our studies, they are presently available and free to download on our website for anyone that wants to learn or teach the word.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Who better to shout out than our FATHER in Heaven!? He has truly ordered our steps throughout this entire process and even throughout our lives –even when we may have left Him, He NEVER left us. We are just thankful to be vessels used by God to serve the women in His kingdom.
