We had the good fortune of connecting with Ana Estela and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ana, what do you want people to remember about you?
What do I want it to be? Well, it already is.
My legacy is love.

I am not interested in how people will remember me or if they will. All that matters to me is how you felt in my presence.
Did you feel heard? Did you feel accepted? Did you feel renewed by the love I helped you discover within yourself?
That’s love. That’s the legacy I work on every single day.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Okay, so I’m a Certified Life Coach, as well as an Akashic Records practitioner with an Advanced Healing certification. So in short, a Spiritual Consultant.

I do one on one consultations, healing sessions, house cleansing, and candle consultations.
I was recently hired for Ritual Consultation for the music video “The Wines of Lebanon” by Cass McCombs.

I feel, for me personally, the biggest obstacle is getting over my own limiting beliefs. Like, that’s the real challenge, of not allowing that dark little cloud to stay forever. Of not letting it convince me I’m not good enough. And understanding it’s okay if it does come in. Let’s go ahead and let it rain on us for a little bit, allow the storm to happen because that is where we gather our strength.

I’m simply here to create a loving space for you to love yourself.

Monday: Pancakes at The Kettle in Manhattan beach. Drive down PCH to Venice beach. take the boardwalk to Santa Monica Pier and have dinner at 3RD St Promenade.

Tuesday: Breakfast at Figaro’s in Los Feliz. DASH bus to the Griffith Observatory Lunch at the Observatory Then head over to The Philosophical Research Society in Los Feliz Stay for a Tuesday night free Lecture

Wednesday: Santa Alley Downtown LA Gorge on the street food and pick up any necessities

Thursday: Grand Central Market in downtown LA for food all day End the night with drinks at Clayton’s Public House

Friday: Drive to San Pedro for Busy Bees Sandwhiches then drive to the lookout spot have lunch on the hood of the car

Saturday: Come to my house! Dad’s making carne asada and we’re pretending we know how to play pool. My mom will crack jokes and send you home with a plate.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’m gonna shout out the Moon, the Ocean, the Earth.

We must always, always, acknowledge them first.
I wouldn’t be here,
my son wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for this amazing miracle called Earth.
I am so incredibly lucky the Moon has chosen me as one of her daughters.
I am extremely grateful for the Ocean and all her power,
I am forever humbled and their servant for giving me all the opportunities to flourish in my magic.

I am also going to give all of my clients a huge shoutout.
These soft hearted beings have come into my life and helped me understand that my softness was necessary.
That my way of guiding, of nurturing them was how I needed to care for myself.
I am forever grateful to each and every one of you that has booked a session with me.
For trusting me enough to guide you and help you become the best version of yourselves.
