We had the good fortune of connecting with Andreas Elsenhans Ryan Murphy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andreas Elsenhans, what role has risk played in your life or career?
As a business owner you must take risks every day. I gamble myself everyday. When I say, “I gamble myself every day,” it means I consciously challenge my comfort zone and venture into unknown territories. In this grand game of life, it’s important to acknowledge that risks and rewards go hand in hand. Without taking risks, you deny yourself the potential for growth and the opportunity to achieve something extraordinary. By accepting the uncertainty and potential consequences, you open the door to the excitement of the unknown and the chance for remarkable outcomes.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are a team that embodies the values of hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for what we do. It’s important to wake up with excitement that comes from pursuing our passions. One thing we have learned that is extremely important in the real estate business is being able to assimilate to different personalities and cultures easily. We also will always go the extra mile to exceed our clients’ wants and needs. This quote encapsulates our commitment to understanding and prioritizing our clients’ desires.

What truly sets us apart is the collision of two worlds within our team. Ryan brings an athletic background and established connections with top NBA players and sports figures, while Andreas’ European heritage and interior design expertise add a unique dimension to our team. This combination of distinct personalities enables us to approach projects from diverse angles and deliver exceptional results.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One spot we would highly recommend is our favorite new restaurant in Beverly Hills is called Funke – a new Italian culinary expertise. They have a 20-foot-tall pasta lab and a cool rooftop where you look out at all of Beverly Hills, the mountains, the Hollywood Hills, and gorgeous architecture. Another cool restaurant is Madeo on Sunset Blvd. We also love to hike Runyon Canyon every other day.
