We had the good fortune of connecting with Antony Ware and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Antony, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I was in a position where I was simply exhausted of the process of killing myself to be a part of someone else’s vision! When it comes to film and entertainment as a whole, as a performer you are constantly spending money on auditions, travel, training to be cast in something where all the while the creator of that gig still profits more off of you than you would ever get to take home yourself. I was done! I wanted to be the captain of my own ship, create my own content and manage my own profit margin!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I started out as a dancer by trade. I was trained in ballet and jazz beginning at the age of 13. I then started to perform hip hop and danced back up for artists such as Usher and Ciara. That let me to creating my own music and for a couple of years, I performed as an indie artist with the name Eternal. During that time I also got heavily into fitness modeling and acting and always just wanted to be creative and earn a living in the creative entertainment world. It’s beyond hard to do and because of that, you are always auditioning and killing yourself to be part of someone else’s dream just to make ends meet. I got to the point where I just wanted my own dream. If I’m going to spend the money then I wanted to invest in myself and work to create something that was driven by my own creative thoughts and my work! That is what led to film production! I have always loved film and always found a way to escape into them because I wasn’t always happy with my younger life. Before I found confidence, I was bullied and teased about my higher voice, super skinny body and just being late to the party with puberty. I’m a 6ft 190 pound fitness model now (haha) but back then it was brutal! Film and music were my escapes! Once I came to NYC and I met my best friend and actor Myles Clohessy, us with the support and dedication of our little brother Ramsey Heitmann brought us to creating our own film production company! Now as of today, we’ve shot 4 films in just a year and a half which is unheard of for a new company. I am extremely proud of that!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well my best friend and I LOVE to east and love a good restaurant haha. It would be us in an exotic and beautiful city where we can go on a restaurant tour and sample foods from all ends of the earth! Of course this would be accompanied by cocktails from that area as well of course haha. We would then in the day in a beautiful park next to a beautiful ocean with amazing live music playing. Watch the people enjoying themselves and appreciating the vibe while watching the sunset in a beautiful crimson view

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would absolutely love to give a shout-out to my best friend and Co-CEO of Barefoot Kid Productions Myles Clohessy! He has always had my back and pushed me past my fears to OWN my bossness and be more than I ever thought I could be! Love you man.
