We had the good fortune of connecting with Aryan Sachdeva and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aryan, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
I do not fear risk; I leverage it. Every adversity, every failure, every heartbreak carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit. While others hesitate, calculating the cost of failure, I move forward, calculating the price of not taking action. But in business, there is no end to the game, no finish line to cross. There are no insurmountable leads; the competition always has time to catch up.

This reality demands more than ambition, it demands vigilance, adaptability, and the courage to embrace uncertainty as a constant. Those who shy away from it are destined to follow, while those who master it write the rules. In my journey so far, I’ve learned that true power lies in seeing opportunity where others see chaos. When markets waver and hesitation grips the masses, I move decisively. One such moment came during a period of sharp market corrections. While others scrambled to protect their positions, I just waited. With a combination of precision and patience, I turned uncertainty into significant returns proof that risk rewards those who act boldly and think strategically.

In the consulting business , risk is a constant companion, but it is also a partner in transformation. I’ve led projects where resistance was fierce and the stakes high, yet those very challenges became the crucible for innovation. When implementing new technologies or reengineering business models, I’ve treated risk as a foundation, not a hurdle building strategies that don’t merely avoid failure but actively pursue success.

The truth is, the game never stops, and neither can I. The competition watches, learns, adapts, and inches closer with every passing moment. The only way forward is to stay ahead not by playing it safe, but by playing it smart. To leverage risk is to embrace the infinite game of business, where resilience and reinvention are the only paths to lasting success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business journey has been defined by a relentless commitment to not just succeed, but to innovate, disrupt, and build with purpose. It’s a combination of investing, consulting, and problem-solving that aims to create long-term value for both businesses and the communities we serve. My vision for my business has always been to create a space where business and sustainability are not separate concepts, but are intertwined, each supporting and enhancing the other. The goal is to prove that you can do well in business by doing good for the environment.

What sets us apart is how we approach investment it’s not just about the financial return, it’s about the impact we create along the way. I wanted to build something that allows businesses, investors, and communities to thrive while also making sure we are creating a world that’s sustainable for future generations.

The road to getting here has not been an easy one. There have been numerous challenges—building trust, convincing investors of the viability of sustainable business models, and navigating through a landscape where many still see sustainability as an optional “extra” rather than an essential part of business success. But I’ve learned that great things take time, and resilience is a core part of success. I’ve surrounded myself with people who believe in this vision, and step by step, I’m working to turn the idea into a fully realized platform.

Along the way, I’ve learned that patience is key. Things don’t always move as quickly as you hope, but that doesn’t mean you stop pushing forward. I’ve also learned that this journey is as much about building relationships and finding the right partners as it is about the projects you take on. No one achieves anything alone, and I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have been alongside me so far, offering advice, mentorship, and their own expertise.

What I want the world to know is that I am not just about building a business. I am about changing the way we think about investment.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting Sydney, I’d craft an unforgettable week that blends iconic sights with hidden gems. We’d start the adventure with a cozy breakfast in one of the trendy cafes in Surry Hills, where we could savor delicious pastries and strong coffee. From there, we’d head to Bondi Beach to catch some sun and take in the stunning coastline. If we’re feeling active, we’d take the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, soaking up the views and the fresh air along the way. Once we’ve had enough beach time, we’d grab a cold drink at one of the beachside spots with an ocean view, perfect for chilling and people-watching. The next day would be all about Sydney’s famous landmarks. We’d explore the Sydney Opera House and stroll through the Royal Botanic Garden, enjoying the views of the Harbour Bridge. After a bit of sightseeing, we’d hop on a ferry to Manly Beach, enjoy the breeze, and grab drinks at one of the local pubs with the ocean as our backdrop. We’d finish off the day with dinner and drinks at a cozy hotel bar with a great atmosphere. On day three, we’d embrace nature with a trip to the Blue Mountains National Park, where we’d hike and take in the jaw-dropping views. We’d stop along the way for a cold pint at a charming local pub before heading back to Sydney. Once we’re back in the city, we’d find a vibrant spot to enjoy some delicious local food and craft beers. Day four would take us into the heart of the city’s coolest neighborhoods. After breakfast in a trendy cafe, we’d wander through the funky streets of Newtown, exploring the unique boutiques and street art. For lunch, we’d find a casual spot known for its legendary burgers, then spend the afternoon checking out local art or food markets. The day would end with drinks at one of the best craft beer spots in the city, where we could unwind and reflect on all the fun we’ve had. If we’re still up for it, we’d finish the night at a lively bar with great cocktails and good vibes. This would be the kind of trip you’d never want to end.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
If there’s one person who has shaped my journey, it’s my brother. From the very beginning, he taught me not just to dream, but to see myself at the highest possible level, even when the world around me might suggest otherwise. He didn’t just encourage me; he challenged me to rise above limitations and reach for the extraordinary. His belief in my potential has been an unwavering force, pushing me to see beyond the horizon and never settle for less than what I am truly capable of. His mentorship, love, and relentless support have been the foundation upon which I’ve built every success. When the path was uncertain, it was his voice that reminded me to aim higher, to take risks, and to never stop growing. For that, he deserves every ounce of recognition in my story.
