We had the good fortune of connecting with Bita Homes and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bita, what do you attribute your success to?

selling process. She encourages the use of social media and online mediums to connect
properties with people on a more personal and engaging level. She tailors her services to fit the
communication style of her peers which includes the use of social media, text messages, email,
electronic documents and virtual meetings.
Bita’s competitive nature drives her every day to be the best in the industry. Setting a standard
of excellence, she only works with first-rate local vendors to assist in achieving top level results

Bita brings a strong knowledge in pre-construction sales to the team as she
spent the beginning part of her career specializing in this exciting area.
Bita’s background as a graduate from York University with a Bachelor of Arts and a
specialization in Interior Design enhanced her skills to be a top marketer in her field.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Real estate is very competitive but Bita’s keen eye for design and passion for architecture keeps her curious and of value to her clients. “I started in this business when I was 21 and haven’t looked back,” Bita says. “I am a people person”.
Bita believes that in order to succeed in the long run, there are some things you cannot compromise. Genuine care, attention to detail, market expertise, innovative marketing strategies, and above all, a mastery of the art of negotiation
When Bita is not buying or selling homes for her clients, she can be found working with one of the charities close to her heart. From The Mother Miracle Network, Sick Kids Hospital, Bita’s philanthropic efforts have touched a lot of lives.
Bita is also involved in local schools and causes supporting her community and making a difference.
Asked what keeps her fresh on the job every day, Bita says she simply enjoys the day-to-day challenges. “I like meeting new people, I value long-term relationships, and there is never a dull moment as this business helps me bring my love of people and architecture together beautifully.
To remain future-focused, Bita participates in Real estate Mastermind Groups that focus on evolving client needs and innovation in the field.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I think i would plan few different itinerary for her… From seeing museums, historical buildings & cultural events to beautiful sceneries, Natural Parks featuring Forests with walking trails, a stream, Waterfalls & Wildlife.
From home made food in local restaurants, to eclectic spots for new experience.
Health & fitness is an essential part of my life as I enjoy my daily Bootcamp classes, I would take her with me.
Wine & Dine in chic upscale restaurant and finally Shopping for souvenirs & great memories!
