We had the good fortune of connecting with C Key and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi C, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?

After years of being empowered and educated by other women in the beauty industry I knew it was my time to pay it forward! I started a Youtube channel in 2012 where I take pleasure in Empowering and instilling confidence in women not only verbal, but in a tangible way. I had know idea that an empire would be birthed through building others up.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

I am a beauty influencer on YouTube and over time I realized it was one of my purposes to not only promote positivity on my channel, but to extend it to the world by way of cosmetic products, apparel, and other accessories. Was it easy? Well I won’t say it was easy or hard because it is a passion Of mine, but it definitely required and still requires consistency, accuracy, and diligence.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

We would most definitely head to a mall to shop for makeup and ALL things beauty such as clothing, shoes, and anything else you can think of. It is a MUST that we incorporate seafood or Mexican food in the mix as well and maybe a movie or two.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
