We had the good fortune of connecting with Caroline Adegun and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Caroline, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is radical hope and faith and aiming for the stars. My faith plays a huge factor in everything I do and believing in myself and my ability to accomplish all my goals

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

I am an Inclusive Creator Marketing and Talent Development Leader, Career Coach, Host . Photographer and Social Media Content Producer. I have committed to increasing the visibility of plus humans in marketing and entertainment through my work. I have a passion for lifestyle and body positive content , and often use my  platform to spread positivity and share my message of inclusion and self-love. I am the Founder and  motivational speaker of the largest faith community of the Clubhouse app with over 84,000+ members worldwide. I regularly host virtual and IRL dating events and street interviews in partnership  with brands to help singles find love.
All bodies deserve to thrive and be recognized and compensated fairly for their talent. For people of larger size, that is not the current reality. There are only a handful of agencies in this country that sign talent above a size 22, let alone with bodies that are not hourglass. There is virtually no representation for visibly plus talent and therefore they are often overlooked in mainstream marketing and entertainment.
My company, The Extended Plus Network, is an exclusively  plus talent development, marketing, and entertainment firm headquartered in Los Angeles committed to increasing the presence of visibly plus talent in mainstream marketing and entertainment. We are developing well rounded plus talent size 3x, 4x, 5x and beyond as industry leaders.
Representation can feel like such a small consideration as a business or brand, but to consumers it is an invitation – it is a business saying we view all bodies as aspirational and as potential customers, who are valued here.
We have built a roster of highly developed multi-hyphenate talent who are available for E-comm, fit modeling, influencer marketing campaigns, commercial, film, podcasting, hosting, & more.
