We had the good fortune of connecting with Cheryl Gross and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cheryl, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
How much energy it takes to keep up with everything.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
“The work, metaphorically travels through two different forms of representation: abstract and realism, thereby creating a narrative that embraces a socio-political point of view.”
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would walk across the Brooklyn Bridge into Brooklyn. From there visit the neighborhoods, shops and enjoy the diversity that makes New York and it’s surrounding areas great.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Tom LaPadula for teaching me how to paint
