Hi Stela Bella 4, how does your business help the community?
ACATRLA and Moon Healing Arts Studio, acts as a powerful engine for social impact by addressing critical needs in community wellness, economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability.
​We create small batch domestic productions and utilize scraps for our healing arts workshops. Where we connect to our inner child and get in tune with creativity.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As the founder of Stela Moon Healing Arts Studio in East Downtown LA, I beautifully merge sustainable upcycled design, domestic apparel manufacturing, and the healing arts to support women through emotional and life transitions.
​Operating my creative facility under the name ACATR.LA, I champion a transparent local supply chain and fair labor practices. My innovative design work treats clothing as “wearable medicine,” utilizing organic dyes, aloe-infused fabrics, crystals amd Reiki energy . Concurrently, my studio serves as a sanctuary for somatic movement, color therapy, and community circles.
​My business model addresses critical social needs by offering an accessible energy-exchange sliding scale, ensuring emotional wellness isn’t a luxury. My story is a powerful testimony of resilience, demonstrating and how a creative business can actively heal the planet by reducing waste, uplift the local economy, and empower individuals to become the designers of their own liberation. The Journey from Guatemala was for a reason and I wanna believe is to share my Maya traditions and intentions adornments of our bodies.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My best friend live in Guatemala, and in Chicago so I know about planning a week or weekend here.

I will definitely take them to Pasadena , Highland park and DTLA boutique stores.

Food definitely some of the Icons like Philipps, pinks ,my fab for dtla views The Perch and some tacos for my favorite taco Stand.

And take her to San Pedro/long beach for some beach chill vibes.

All LA is fun , interesting and great people watching place.
