Meet Christine Demirtshian | Realtor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Christine Demirtshian and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Christine, can you tell us more about your background and the role it’s played in shaping who you are today?
I’m born and raised in Los Angeles and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. I’m proud to now call Porter Ranch community the home where I’m raising my young family in. I think growing up in such an amazing area like this has brought a real sense of community, family and accountability because it is such a small area and a lot of the families here end up knowing each other. We all try to do our part to keep our community safe and amazing and that’s what’s brought that sense of accountability to me.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I was born and raised in Southern California in the San Fernando Valley to a family in the restaurant industry. I graduated with a degree in International Relations with a minor in Business Marketing from Mount St. Mary’s college in Los Angeles. After college, I took a job with the renowned MGM Mirage CityCenter Project in Las Vegas as one of the youngest Sales Executives and helped sell out the luxury residential condominiums on the Las Vegas Strip including the prestigious Mandarin Oriental. Shortly after that I moved back home to Los Angeles where I currently and proudly reside in Porter Ranch and work with Premier Agent Network specializing in all residential real-estate and also in the commercial division as the exclusive agent representing Slater’s 50/50, Daphne’s California Greek, Patxi’s Pizza & Gigi’s Cupcakes USA. I am really at a point in my career where I do what I love every single day because I am blessed to work with the most incredible people. I’ve learned true success is waking up every day and being able to do what you love. I’m also currently running for Porter Ranch Neighborhood council which is one of the most important roles I will be able to take on outside of being a wife and mother. I decided to do this because I want to continue to make sure my community stays safe and stays amazing. I will dedicate all of my free time to this as it’s the community I’m raising my family in.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There is so much to do in Southern California and we are so lucky to live here! Pre-Covid I would definitely take them to Disneyland and that would be at the top of the list. Some churros and Dole Whip would be some of the snacks I would recommend while there. A day in Newport is also a must to spend the day at the beach. We would then go to Bear Flag Fish for the best fresh fish tacos. A day in my neighborhood Porter Ranch is a must! We would start off by doing a hike, go see a movie at the new AMC and then enjoy a delicious deep dish at the one and only Patxi’s Pizza. Lastly, a day of shopping in Beverly Hills on Rodeo and the Beverly Center to get a true taste of that “LA lifestyle”. We would have a delicious meal at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills hotel and then enjoy a massage at the spa there.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give all the credit to everyone in my amazing community. We have such a dynamic group of people here and each and every individual contributes something to make it the spectacular place that it is.
