We had the good fortune of connecting with Danielle Laura and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Danielle, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I wholeheartedly believe that the most important factor behind my success as an individual and as a brand is my ability to fiercely trust my intuition. Making aligned decisions that aid to your success comes down to embodying your core truths, values, and beliefs in any situation that’s presented to you, and surrounding yourself with other leaders who are on the growth path as well. I also believe it’s so important to embody your future self, now-I regularly ask myself “what would the me that has everything I desire do about this situation? How would she think? What actions would she be taking to ensure the desired result is a reality?” and then I take those steps accordingly, leading me to the ultimate path one step at a time. Additionally, I believe that staying in your lane is paramount to your success, mastering your innate gifting and focusing your time, energy, and resources in areas that develop your zone of genius.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In my business, I equip conscious thought leaders, celebrities, and power couples in mastering their innate gifting, energetic blueprint, and relationships so they can have sovereign success AND deep fulfillment. I’ve found that in order to master our mission, we must first master ourselves.
As multidimensional beings, I noticed that the way a lot of self-mastery is taught falls short by focusing on just one aspect of the whole, and tends to lack depth. After deeply studying transformation and what it truly takes to experience lasting success combined with connection and deep fulfillment, I developed a holistic approach to self-mastery called the H.O.T. Method.™ H.O.T. stands for honest, open, transparent and corresponds to the mind, body, and spirit connection. Together, this addresses how the conscious, energetic, spiritual and physical parts of you are working in unison for ultimate peak performance. We can’t deny any part of ourselves, but rather uncover the ultimate truth of who we are, what we’re meant for, our desires, and anything holding us back from that, making the subconscious conscious to create the life of our visions.
Having come from western medicine world of nursing and counseling, being trauma certified, and now incorporating eastern medicine as well in my own business, I believe what truly sets this work apart is that no stoned is left unturned, it’s a multifaceted, comprehensive approach to healing. As we heal ourselves, we heal the world.
Taking the leap from corporate medicine into the unknowns of entrepreneurship wasn’t an easy decision at first. Leaving behind the safety of what I had worked so hard for, to go all in on the purpose I knew I was called to took a lot of faith. With that being said, when you know with every fiber of your being what you’re meant for, even if it scares the daylights out of you, there’s a courage within your spirit that arises and catapults you forward in the exploration of it all. Four years later, I can truly say, leaving corporate to start my own business was the best decision. It’s grown me in ways I never would have imagined, and I’m extremely grateful.
Some lessons I’ve learned along the way are that taking calculated risks are worth the reward, in the face of indecision, I can always trust my intuition, the path to success is not linear so go at your own aligned pace, mastering your innate spiritual gifting is your ultimate competitive advantage, and who you are surrounded by will quite literally alter your life so use discernment and choose wisely who you do business with.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
From the start of it all, my parents have been my biggest supporters in teaching me from a young age that I can do, be, and have whatever I set my mind to, and have always encouraged me to foster the growth and development of my dreams.
I’m also extremely grateful for all the teachers I’ve had in my life-spiritual mentors, coaches, relationships, family, and friends who have mirrored back to me life lessons, potential, and growth in more ways than I can count.
