We had the good fortune of connecting with Danvy Pham and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Danvy, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
Invoking beauty and conscious creativity in my life from a place of inner harmony brings me tremendous happiness. Being present to each unfolding moment and experiencing joy is a journey I am learning to enjoy more and more. My deep passion is one for self mastery. There is a tremendous sense of gratification, when I create art, find my internal equilibrium, and relate in the world. I genuinely enjoy sharing my gifts with others in the exchange for deep connective transmutation. There is a beautiful magic that happens between people, objects and nature, when we come together into communion. Each moment of our lives can be transcendental. Implementing the essence of artfulness, aesthetic poetry, inquiry and pure love are my valuable virtues. I find happiness in acquiring wisdom and expansion. I am fulfilled in the presence of silence and find much inner peace as a solitary being. I would like to continue to reach greater depths and lean into the truths of my authentic self through creative exploration. From my art to my relationships, I have the intention to transmit love and conscious excellence in all that I do. This approach of illuminating light, artistic merit and love in my life’s work brings me immeasurable happiness.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
The process of making art is truly an intimate and transcendental experience. Like most artist, the flow is more fluid when I have a muse or inspiration to pull me towards creation. Creativity is like birthing yourself over and over. Art is a place I can come to explore playfulness. It is a journey of deep introspection. I find that being an artist is deeply healing and allows me to express myself with authentic flair. Through my art, I intend to provoke conversations, inner reflections and spark much meaningful emotions. I hope my work will inspire other to listen to their own hearts, become more brave, and live fully.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Go’s Mart sushi in Canoga Park. One of the rare gems in Los Angeles. It is truly a an obscure place that I have been eating, for over 20 years. The sushi created here and the level of excellence executed by the sushi chef named Go is like an orgasm of the mouth. Truly a masterful experience every single time. The complexity and beauty of each sushi bite will take your senses into culinary bliss.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My journey has been tremendously enriched by a book and transmissions created by Richard Rudd called The Gene Keys – embracing your higher purpose. I was introduced to this brilliant wisdom by my mentor and spirit guide Peter Evans. Both men, Richard Rudd and Peter Evans, are brilliant, shamans, and renaissance men. Through this knowledge, I have discovered intricate layers of authenticity within myself that are invaluable. I am aware of my core wounding patterns and know my gifts. The Gene Key is a spiritual guide map to uncover our core wounding. It’s a map into our inner landscape and help us come to a deeper understanding of ourselves with much wisdom. Once you become conscious of your patterns and have an awareness of who you are, you can face your shadows valiantly. The Gene Keys is a wonderful invitation to begin contemplation and realize your true gifts.
