We had the good fortune of connecting with Davion Robinson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Davion, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Besides the man above who has blessed me exceedingly, I would say the most important factor behind the success of my brand so far is quality. I demand and expect myself to put out content on my platforms that I know stay true to me, but will be seen by many. The consistency of choosing quality over quantity has been the difference maker for me.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Professionally I am still not where I aim to be within the next year or two. The journey has not been easy as it takes a lot of time to see progression and patience has to be implemented. Sometimes, being overly eager causes individuals to force and work off impulse. That lesson got me to simply step away, realize who I am myself and remain focused on doing it my way. The one thing I want everyone publicly to know is that I am normal! I am human. I am just like you. No matter what perception social media describes, I am better than no man and being humble saved me from plenty of unlearned, but acknowledged lessons.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In LA honestly, I would take my best friend to Rodeo Drive or just one of the popular sight seeing places.

In Las Vegas, I would take my best friend through The Strip to have a fun and nightlife experience. But, I definitely somewhere in West Las Vegas or North Las Vegas for good eats and culture we can feel at home with.

Lastly, in Seattle I would take my best friend through Downtown Seattle and waterways that many typically go enjoy on warmer days. You get to enjoy the town for what its beauty.
