Meet Denis Sindler | Coach, Speaker & High-Performance Specialist For Online entrepreneurs

We had the good fortune of connecting with Denis Sindler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
For the record, I just want to say that Impactful Leader is my second company. In 2017 I have built one online coaching company before and it actually was successful, I had 300 paying students, amazing community, and I time and money freedom in my early 20tees, yet the higher I went the most I felt like I’m standing on popsicles sticks, and eventually let to the point where I fall really badly which helped me gain so many lessons that allowed me to build my second business Impactful Leader 3 year later based on all the lessons I’ve learned from the first “rodeo”
that’s why Impactful Leader (my current company) is dedicated to serving high-achieving CEOs by helping them strike a perfect balance between their professional accomplishments and personal well-being. We offer transformative life and business coaching, paired with personalized guidance. Our unique approach focuses not just on the traditional aspects of entrepreneurship but also emphasizes the importance of understanding one’s own unregulated nervous systems and cultivating healthier habits.
Now as far as I can tell (from our market research and feedback of our clients ) what sets apart Impactful Leader from other coaching services is our holistic approach to success. Our clients are busy that’s why we aim to fit our coaching practices into their lifestyle so they are developing new skills without creating another “part-time” job to just watch 50+ video lessons, or instead of having weekly calls we create either by weekly rapid sessions or 3x 5 min “snack” meetings instead of having 1h coaching calls. While many coaching systems focus solely on business growth we recognize the importance of personal well-being in achieving lasting success. So by helping entrepreneurs recognize and manage their unregulated nervous systems, enabling them to make decisions from a place of clarity and calm rather than stress or overwhelm.
The journey to establishing Impactful Leader wasn’t without challenges. Recognizing the critical need for CEOs to focus on their personal well-being in conjunction with their professional success was a novel idea. Selling this concept to a traditionally results-oriented audience was initially challenging. However, with persistence and by showcasing the tangible benefits of our approach, we’ve managed to create a strong, impactful brand.
It took a while to overcome these challenges but we were able to do it by practicing what we preached. We relied on the very tools and techniques we teach, ensuring that we approached every challenge with a regulated nervous system and a clear, focused mindset. This allowed us to stay resilient and find innovative solutions to the hurdles we encountered.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh, that’s super easy! For the morning, we would start with a coffee and pastry from Bottega Louie. Then, for the rest of the day, we would explore The Broad Museum, take a stroll in Grand Park, and wander around Olvera Street. I bet we would see a live performance at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. To end the great day, we’d head to Bestia for some of the city’s top Italian fare.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
As the first-generation online entrepreneur in my family, I found it challenging to connect with the prevailing way of thinking of those around me. Quite the opposite, I was often “punished” for dreaming, sharing my ideas, or envisioning new paths and “crazy” life goals. That was until I met Diana. My girlfriend accepted me for who I was, allowing me to dream, share, and pursue my passions without criticism or discouragement. For that, I want to say THANK YOU, Diana, for being the first person who believed in me and supported me, especially during times when the environment I grew up in was far from supportive.
